Good location where is close to the train station . However,you have to take a bus to the Venice main island. It takes about 10 minute. Staff are very nice and helpful and wifi is good. If you do not choose to stay at Venice main island , I will recommend you to choose.

Good location, just opposite the mestre station. Room is clean with large bathroom. The only negative thing is that the bathroom hot water pressure is low.

Located just outside the Mestre station was such a huge deal for me as it was easy for me catch the train to Venice and other neighbouring towns I wanted to visit. They provided robes and the room was nice and clean with comfortable pillows. However as a tea drinker they didn’t provide a kettle and tea on the rooms which is the only downside of staying here but overall I enjoyed my stay there.

This was a convenient location as it was across the street from the Venice Mestre train station. I personally used the train station throughout my stay so this was a plus for me. There were several restaurants near that were amazing in which I recommend trying Pasta & Pizza e non solo. I would also recommend eating breakfast in the restaurant connected to the lobby. Cleanliness wise the water from the shower would leak out. We were given new towels and trash was taken out everyday. I am from the U.S. so I am used to AC systems. The hotel did have AC although the air was barely coming out. This plus the fact that I traveled to Italy when it was under a heat advisory, I had a hard time cooling down. All in all it is a convenient stay

Directly opposite the station, immediate area a little bit suspect. Odd odour entering the hotel and from the bathroom. Otherwise clean, and housekeeping up to standard.

Great location as a staging area for visiting Venice as both the bus and train stations to Venice are located right across the street from the hotel. The bus terminal for the airport is also just a 5-minute walk away. There are also several pretty good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is typical European Continental Breakfast, nothing spectacular but all right. Front desk staff are also friendly enough. One short coming is there is no coffee machine or electric kettle in the room, which means no coffee or hot tea in the room.

It was a short but fantastic stay. The room that we had is we felt we had a big space to move around and the beds are wow big. However, there is 1 flaw, the toilet sink is kinda slow draining the water. I’m not sure if it is designed that way, hope not though. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel, if only we are able to make changes to our itinerary for our Italy trip, we could have extended our stay.

Satisfy with the hotel service. It is just opposite the train station. Very logistic and convenient. Would rebook the ticket if i have the chance to revisit venice

Excellent location, just across train station and steps away from Airport bus station. Room is clean but a little bit small. Friendly staff allow mw to checked in at 10 am.

Stayed here just for 1 Night but we can gladly say that it’s worth the price! 📍Location: Perfect, right in front of the train & bust station 10’ away from Venice with the bus (ticket 3€ back/forth) 🛎️ Staff: Everyone from the reception up to the maid were all very friendly.. EXTRA+: We felt more than welcomed from the reception as they were all very professional, polite and knowledgeable, excellent communication skills.. even told us places to visit in Venice.. 🦠 Everything was clean & well prepared 🔑 Electronic key card 💼 Allowed me to store my luggage after checkout which I appreciate. 🔇 Quiet ✈️ Called us a transfer for the airport 🏢 Very descent common areas and fast elevators (6th floror) 💸 Worth it

Amazing staff and location. You can be in Saint Lucia within 20 minutes of booking the train from your hotel.

Great location, need a refresh, very dated and tired looking decorations. Told front desk my air fin was not working , they were to send someone but no one came, extractor fan in bath room not working. They don’t seem to have checks in place to improve their customer stay experience , rather a reactive approach to fixing things. Cleaners could easily check facilities and report and malfunctions as customers don’t always provide feedback.

perfect location right opposite the train station, you can be in venice fifteen minutes after walking out the door. clean rooms and friendly staff, we had a great stay!
