Bad intention to refuse my issue , Reception didnt pick up the phone for checking before I going in Thanks trip.com to help me resolved this issue

I had so much fun staying in this hotel. The price was afordable, the staff were helpful, the manager or the owner (?) was fast-response and kind too. I got 2 bottles of water each day, they always cleaned my room, and the the thing that i like the most was that all the staff is female.

Very nice stay. Everything clean and comfortable. I really liked that it was inside and outside quiet which is hard to find in Bangkok. The employees are very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator and when you go into your room you don’t even have to go over a little bump. It’s also conventiently located.

Everything is going well. Pretty good location. Check-in at night is possible. Thanks.

It’s a long way from the train station and any where to eat,old mattress laying in the hall way no kettle any time you needed to get hot water you had to get in the lift go down to reception with a cup and use the kettle

We like this hotel, near to metro station, and service and staff is nice.

Air conditioner is noisy

The hotel is located at the end of an alley, so it is quiet. At the time of our stay, the lobby was being renovated, so I can't say anything about the entrance. The room was clean with new furniture. The bed linen was new. Soundproofing was good - we didn't hear our neighbors.

We were in Bangkok for 2 days to relax after the flight and see the local sights. We chose this hotel because of its location - literally within a half-hour walk you can already see a lot of interesting things, and because of the price - about 1000 baht per night. I must first say that it’s difficult to call it a hotel, and I don’t know how they got 3 stars, because... in fact, this is a 5-story narrow house in a street, where there are no more than 12 rooms, and there is only the most necessary things - a bed, shower, air conditioning, TV, towels. The room is not exactly narrow, but it is not spacious either. The staff is friendly, but you hardly see them, in the evening there is no one downstairs, admission is free, apparently there were no incidents with unexpected guests. These are general impressions. The view was also quite good. Of the minuses - in fact, don’t expect anything other than a room about 15 meters away, the save did not work, they take a deposit of 1000 baht upon arrival, they gave it at check-out. It's cool, but we won't appear again.
