The environment is clean and with good security. The bed is comfortable. Short walking distance to train station but no lift 🛗 to the platform, so need to carry your luggage walkup the stairs.

Very nice but cleaneness has to improve

Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.

Good for a quick stay. Clean and convenient for when flying off at Heathrow.

Good location & good service but no free internet (only 3hours) nor worth it

The hotel is conveniently located, 3 minutes away from the subway station. The price is reasonable, and breakfast is included. The bathroom equipment is not complete and there is no hairdryer.

This hotel requires payment for early check-in, which is quite a rip-off. I will not stay here again next time.

Breakfast is average, hygiene once a week

The location of the hotel is near the subway station, about 2 minutes' walk, and about 5 minutes' walk to the street. There are many shops and restaurants on the street. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there is no parking lot.

The front desk of the hotel is very good

Very close to the airport 2 subway stations, the room is clean and tidy, there is no parking space, but there is a parking lot next to it, no features and shortcomings, normal hotel!

We stayed Thursday 24 oct. The cafe had just shut and was being tidied by male staff member who consistently refused to engage, to even give us water. He was rude. The reception manager, Angel, however truly was an angel. She could see we were exhausted and went out of her way to engage and empathise. She then went and asked the cafe staff to understand, then she got us some water and told us where we could eat. Angel was a true light on a tiring evening for us travellers with a long journey ahead of us the next day. Her people skills were exemplary and we hope she gets recognised for the kindness as well as efficiency she gives to her work at the Travel lodge.

Excellent hotel. Clean and well managed. Monica on reception was very helpful. It was an excellent base for me to market my business. Mathematics teaching on gbr.cymru. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Well done. GBR
