The room was not the same room I saw on the trip. Com. and it was stinky near the entrance of the room. The bathroom door lock was broken. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good for the amount. No direct phone contact with reception. Reception counter far from the room. The place is very near to Mestre station.

It is located right in the center of the entire transport hub of Mestre. To the railway station, to the buses - 5 minutes maximum. The hotel room is cozy, clean. Thank you very much for allowing us to leave our bags until the evening after check-out!

Since I made the reservation 7-8 months in advance at a cheap price compared to the prices of hotels around Venice, I didn't really expect the hotel facilities and service quality, but the staff had a blank expression, and since pets were allowed, it seemed like I could smell an animal smell somewhere. In particular, the blanket under the cotton cover, which is hard to even see in Korea these days, that even refugees who don't use faded blankets, had hair, dog fur, and dust stuck to it, so I didn't cover it up and just wore a padded jacket and stayed for 3 days, but when I checked out on the 10th and 16th, they didn't even tell me to pay 20 euros for a 3-day Everyday new blanket, even though my English was poor, and I understood them with a "No, no" response several times. The tall staff member in the pink outfit sighed and only calculated the city tax as if it were a favor to me. I really didn't feel like traveling through no fault of my own.
