The location is good. Just walk straight for 2-3 minutes and you will reach Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants. It's all good. This hotel should be the top 2 hotel in Mexico. I arrived on the 9th and left on the 16th. Not a bad experience. There are no disposable toiletries or slippers in the room. You have to buy them at your own expense. The room is quite big. There is no convenience store near the hotel. I have made a reservation before. Due to the flight rescheduling, I checked in one day later. I couldn't find the information on the computer. I again Book a room yourself on the spot! This kind of hotel can only be called a makeshift hotel when traveling. It can only match our domestic hotels and cannot be called a hotel.

Just indicate the process of the Parking ticket well, I had to retire at 3 a.m. and fortunately I found the person certifiing the ticket in the Machine. When host me only commented that I would seal it at my exit, however the person responsible commented that it should be done at night at working time as at morning it is not usually found.

Not much to say, the hotel has good breakfast and good facilities, but it is located in the Music Plaza Pedestrian Street, 10 minutes walk to the Grand Plaza in Mexico City, the location is amazing, but don't take the bus, pay attention to safety.

If you are looking for beauty of the old kind, a pleasant stay and a great location. This is the place to go. Although the room we used was small, it was practical and the decoration and lighting extraordinaire. The wedding party Saturday night did not keep us awake, although it could be heard. The service by Mr. Ramón Cobos is commendable. He went out of his way to move out bags in and out of storage as many times as it was needed. Breakfast in the premises are not recommended. Fortunately, there are many great places to eat within a 15 minute walk. We arrived past midnight, the door was opened promptly, before we dispatched the Uber service, and the registration was a breeze. So was check out. Highly recommended, we will be back.

It is the first time that I stay at this brand new hotel, it is so refreshing to count with a superb experience in the south part of this busy city. Even when this is a great business hotel, it has a huge terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzis. It is very well located, next to a one of the main freeways that cross the city: Periferico Ave.

Este no es un Hotel, es un Motel, queda en un barrio conocido por haber mucha prostitución, entraban y salían parejas que solo se quedaban “el rato” me parece irresponsable que ofrezcan este lugar como hotel “familiar” pague 2 noches y preferí perder lo que pagué en lugar de quedarme un hotel en la mitad de un barro horrible!! Claramente perdí lo que pague porque ya las políticas de reembolso no me aplicaban… Jamás lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia!

I give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.
