Excelente el desayuno 10/10, mi mamá y yo nos estabamos quedando en el l'heritage 140 por lo que nos mandaron aqui para el desayuno, y estuvo muy rico, los chilaquiles tenian la opcion de ser verdes o rojos (si querías o no el sabor a picante) y tambien nos dieron la opcipn de que sean con pollo o huevo, todo excelente 👌

El servicio de desayuno muy bueno con la chef Flor Blanca Martinez, exelente, los chilaquiles de mi hija, riquisimos, para nada secos y completos, al igual que mi omelette de champiñones, preparados al momento. Hay varias cosas para escoger

el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, y nos trataron de maravilla, el desayuno esta muy rico, de tan rico que estaba le pregunté al cocinero por su nombre, su nombre es Emir, nos atendió muy bien y delicioso lo que nos cocino. Si regreso a Cdmx regresaré con gusto

Toilet seat completely detached and hanging off, holes in towels, zero facilities (hotel photos show fridge and microwave etc), No mirror in the bathroom. (Can't shave!) Sparse rooms. Mosquito ridden. I tried to complain via email but was passed around and no one cared. BTW the lovely looking breakfast is not at this location. You have to walk two blocks to their sister hotel to get that.

El lugar tiene serios problemas de mantenimiento muy básico, lo cuál significa que nadie lo supervisa. Lavabo tapado, regadera que no sale bien el agua, hongos en e el piso de la regadera, inodoro con marcas de suciedad. La iluminación es terrible. No puedes abrir la cortina porque te ven de afuera. La puerta de la calle siempre está abierta y cualquiera puede entrar, no preguntan a donde vas. Es una lástima xq está muy bien ubicado, pero definitivamente no regresaré!

Por favor tener mucho cuidado; entiendo que el hotel tiene buena ubicación en CDMX; pero lo que va a cambiar de ubicación van a ser sus ahorros si los deja en la caja de seguridad de su habitación; y esa será la ultima vez que los haya visto. Así fue como le pasó hace algunos días a una colega/amiga estando alojada ahí. Esperanza Coarasa se sorprendió al encontrar su caja de seguridad totalmente vacía habiendo dejado una suma importante en dólares. Al realizar el reclamo pertinente al Director del hotel Sr Victor Cruz; su empática respuesta fue que no se iba a hacer cargo del hecho. Fin.

Le sacaron de la caja fuerte 1000 dólares a Esperanza Coaraza, una conserje argentina que estaba vacacionando ahí y es miembro de Clefs D'Or. Nadie la ayudó y le avisaron que no le van a devolver la plata.
