Et tous les restos et supérettes L’appart est fidèle aux photos, bien équipé (il manquait le lave linge mais il y a une laverie à 10 minutes sur Washington avenue) Un seul soucis, la Clim un peu bruyante mais on fini par s’y’ habituer. Petite astuce, demandez les chambres au fond pour éviter le bruit de la rue. Vous n’aurez pas de vue mais vous serez tranquilles (nous avons eu la chambre 11, au fond du rdv) Sinon c’était sécurisé, des caméras partout, et accès avec un code digital (pas de personnel sur place à part les agents de ménage) Jy retournerai avec plaisir

But what they don't show is that the establishment is located on the corner of a street parallel to Ocean Drive, extremely noisy (4x4s passing with music blaring, engines roaring, passers-by wandering around). in the street loudly), and that the rooms do not have double glazing. We had booked for a week, and got the room closest to the street. You add to this the noise of the air conditioners in the adjoining rooms which make a huge noise of incessant motors, we quickly understood why 6 pairs of earplugs were offered as a welcome gift. Given the long duration of our stay; we asked the “Guest Support” manager to assign us a quieter room, a request that went unanswered. After two sleepless nights, we discovered the highlight of the show, the room adjoining ours was under construction all day, so much so that it was impossible to rest there either at night or even during the day. We have not received any word of information on this subject or even an apology... Unheard of. We therefore left the place to find other accommodation, so as not to spoil our short and precious vacation. Obviously, Guest Support, which is of no support, does not understand how our request for reimbursement for unused nights is justified. Lamentable. Run away !

The location is ideal because you can do everything on foot. The kitchen is basic but functional. The TV is very large and adjustable. We were on the second floor far from the street so very nice. The staff is very responsive, helpful and gives good advice. However, insulation from neighbors is quite weak.

Wonderful space! Spacious, nicely decorated room with large TV, sofa and good bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with very good kitchenware. Nice shower and everything super clean. Location is great, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Host is friendly and responds quickly to messages. All in all, I would like to come here again next time.
