"This location is unbeatable, especially to access the beach or volleyball courts. I was impressed by how clean and well kept the showers, bathrooms, sinks were. I wish there were a few more linens (e.g. personal fitted sheet), but it was great to get towels included. EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff—they made my trip much smoother and helped me avoid hassle. Overall, really happy with my experience. Downsides that the staff can’t help: you’re sharing a room with dozens of people, some of which will snore and disrupt your sleep. Make sure you have earplugs or properly prepare to sleep with loud snoring sounds or people talking at times."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It’s very simple and nothing special, and I think the price is a bit high, especially during the holiday season. However, the location is convenient — the beach is very close — and even with the higher price, it was the best option in terms of value. The rooms were clean. The pool was quite dirty, and we didn’t see anyone using it. I would say it’s more of a 2-star hotel, but the proximity to the beach is a big plus. Tip: use the parking near Allison Park Lot P81 — $1 per hour and free from 11 PM to 8 AM. Otherwise, the hotel charges $25 per day."

"There were three boys at the reception who were informed about the stay and services, etc. / at the reception is a welcome service I did not enjoy the pool because I had little time but there were people who stayed in the pool even late afternoon/ a very clean room welcomed me and with I was very pleased to see and I can confirm that there was the Nespress machine and a bottle of mineral water grabs. A further factor for my choice! the kit bathroom toothpaste shower and spawn was not there, you have to ask to the reception //the products in the bathroom were excellent and in great quantities recommend this hotel great location and treatment recommended strongly"

"Request for assistance from trip.com for several faulty points in our room on arrival, light cleaning without the floor washed, faulty washer dryer, weak battery in the safe, paid parking during our stay… we were compensated at trip.com and the hotel manager were very kind and courteous in responding to us regarding our stay and parking at the hotel. Are all beautiful holidays in progress and all services and the beach on foot, no real need to come by car here because the buses are free on Miami Beach and it rarely rains here. Thank you Seaside Hotel, great location and great value for money despite prices going up everywhere in Miami for some time. The hotel offered us to wash our clothes in the evening at the reception because the closest laundry is 20 minutes away on foot… good choice of hotel and quiet neighborhood unlike South Beach."
