Good, good place and service

My experience was excellent and the service was very pleasant and very helpful 😀 I will definitely be staying again

The company is on a business trip, close to the exhibition hall, good environment, but no breakfast, average facilities.

The room is OK, the service is average.

The hotel is so perfect. I was shocked when I opened the door. There is a separate bathroom, one bedroom and one living room. You can cook. It is mainly pet-friendly. My cat likes it so much. The service at the front desk is also super good. The cat litter and pet food I bought in advance help. I signed and there is no luggage storage service, but they saw that I was alone with a cat and kindly helped me store it for several hours. The hotel is very clean, ten minutes walk from the beach, and there are convenience stores around. Really great value for one night pets at no extra charge Recommended for all travelers with pets!

The room is clean, the room is not cleaned every day. Good location, ten minutes walk to Miami Beach. The free parking spaces around are limited. If you come back in the evening and play in the evening, the nearby free parking spaces are full. Good value for money, suitable for going to the supermarket to buy food and cooking in the apartment.

If it wasn’t for the large number of people, I wouldn’t choose this hotel, but it’s good value for money. It’s very cost-effective to rent a 2-bedroom hotel in Miami for 1,200 RMB. It’s true that there’s no good stuff for cheap. There’s an open-air bar next door. My day is noisy until around 3 am. I can hear super cheery music when I close the door. People who are light sleepers may suffer in this room. I also want to talk about the air conditioner in the room, are you sure it is the air conditioner? Not an excavator? I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner all night, it was noisier than the sound of the bar outside, it was loud. There are very few parking spaces in the hotel, and it is inconvenient to park by car. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant costs $200 for 5 people.

The kitchen is great and well-equipped, but the fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner is too noisy and there is no luggage storage

The property itself was great. The property was close to the beach and the shore line. I would recommend this location for anyone's vacation spot.

I rented and was there 5 days. My apartment was never clean during my stay. I had to go to the front desk for towel exchange. At check-in I was told the apartment would be clean on the third day. House keeping never arrived even after beig told they would come on the 4th day.

Its nice size hotel rooms with all necessary amenities and not far from the beach and all major attractions i think its a 4 star apartments hotel

Our check in was terrible. In total it took 40 mins of us waiting for check in. I don’t blame the front desk girl I felt horrible for her it wasn’t her fault she was by herself and checking everyone in. The parking was terrible, we got lucky with a parking space but others weren’t so lucky and many were complaining. While we waited in the lobby a guest was complaining about cleanliness. Overall I’m just glad we were only staying 1 quick night.

My recent stay at Tradewinds Apartment was nothing short of a nightmare, marking it as my worst hotel experience to date. Firstly, upon entering the room, I was greeted by a glaring stain on the bedsheet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the accommodation. The noise level due to ongoing construction in the vicinity was simply unbearable. The constant clamor made it nearly impossible to relax or get any rest during my stay. Furthermore, navigating to the room was an ordeal in itself. The layout of the apartment complex was labyrinthine, with numerous alleys and doors to pass through before reaching the designated room. To add insult to injury, after expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk attendant and reaching an agreement for a refund and early checkout, I was blindsided when, an hour later, the attendant reneged on the agreement. By that point, I had already secured alternative accommodation elsewhere, rendering the offer of a room change moot. Despite initially agreeing to the refund, the front desk staff refused to proceed with the refund afterward, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed. In conclusion, my stay at Tradewinds Apartment was marred by poor cleanliness, unbearable noise, confusing layout, and unprofessional conduct from the staff. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.
