Me and my family were to fly into Miami and stay at Greeview Hotel.Two night before we were to get on our cruise 12 of Feb.
But on January 15 -24, My father was in a horrific car accident and now he is paralyzed from the hips down,so when I called to  cancel my hotel , and sent all the documents they wanted, they were not going to refund me for a medical emergency.

Great location for the money, but sub-par and not as nice as the pictures may look.

My flight was cancelled so I had to find a hotel at the last minute. Quite surprised when I saw Greenview's affordable rates considering its prime location. I booked the cheapest room and couldn't believe how nice everything was inside. The Front Desk helped me with directions to nearby cuban restaurants that had lunch specials and they were a pleasure to deal with. I noticed some bad reviews that seem to be from a time that Greenview hadn't been renovated but I was told that all rooms were modernized in the last few months. 

On the South Beach, walk for three or five minutes is the beach. Facilities in the room are small. There is a refrigerator. There is no microwave. Breakfast is served at other hotels. The hotel charges an extra charge of nearly 30 dollars for one night.
