From the disappointment on the first day to the surprise on the second day, this trip is very, very satisfying. Because the room I was given on the first night was very noisy, I didn’t sleep well one night, and I wanted to change the room the next day. Because I can’t communicate well in English, I tried to contact Ctrip’s customer service to discuss changing the room with the hotel, and the hotel quickly responded. The problem of changing rooms was solved, and the changed rooms satisfied us very much. Thank you Ctrip and Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Bay for giving us a very pleasant stay experience.

Excellent service from Luis, the bellman. Helped bring our bags up to our room very timely, shared his knowledge of the local area with us on dining, shopping and sightseeing, and even brought us some extra waters. I was happy that he spent the time to ask about our familiarity with the area because it was our first time in Miami. His recommendations helped us make plans on what to do with our free time while on this business trip.
