酒店環境幽靜，空氣清新，有射擊，小高球，電動遊戲，餵馬好多體驗活動，不管是情侶，親子還是朋友休閑度假，都是好去處。房間設施很完善，乾淨整潔温馨，木質傢俱聞着很舒服。服務人員熱情有禮貌，尤其是總枱小鄧，熱心周到，服務理念好。值得一提的是早餐品種豐富，就餐環境不錯，餐廳工作人員態度友好。室外温泉池很多，泡得很舒服，可能因為還不是旺季，我們去的時候有小部分池子是關閉的，但也夠泡了。温泉中心裏面有書吧，還有餐廳，泡餓了可以點些東西吃，價格也不貴。整體住宿體驗很棒，下次還會再去。

浮生御的環境確實沒話説，空氣清新，房間的陳設都是實木，很厚重。房間自帶的泡池對面是遠山，很貼心的配了一次性袋子，早餐不錯。小鄧的服務不錯。

國慶節帶孩子一起入住酒店。通過酒店展示的圖片預訂了別墅豪華園景親子套房。價格非常高，超過成都五星級酒店。因為國慶，也理解。1號滿懷欣喜的入住。沒想到確實一次無比糟糕的親子温泉體驗！辦理入住之後需要自行開車前往房間，沒有工作人員指引。到了房間門口。雜草叢生，銹跡斑斑。門口蜘蛛網叢生！房間面積還可以，格局較差。重點來了！！！衞生間簡直就是災難，發黴，一股味道！淋浴沒有手持花灑，衹有頂部花灑。作為親子套房。非常不方便。這也忍了。最嚴重的是我們泡完温泉回到房間6點鐘，淋浴忽冷忽熱，水量時大時小！你們可以看看我隨手拍的幾張圖片和視頻。這**像一千四百一晚的酒店？？本來都準備退房離開的，想着過節，不想帶着孩子一起折騰！請各位親子游的家人們，一定慎重
