Fantastic hotel with great service and nostalgic charm. Definitely recommend also for english speaking tourists. Delicious restaurant with Hakka delicacies. The whole area is wonderful and ignored by many guide books. A shame because it is great for hiking and spa. Best to be explored by car.

Hotel is situated 40mins car ride away from Miaoli train station. We managed to get a taxi ride service (NT1100 per ride) from the hotel to fetch us up to the hotel which otherwise would be tough to get there. There's no convenience store nearby so do stock up on food/drinks before heading to the hotel if required. Room is huge with 2 double beds - able to fit our luggages. Our stay comes with private jacuzzi for 1hr and admission to the hotel hotspring which condition is quite old so not to expect much. Breakfast is inclusive and is decent local delight - menu is the same for both days' breakfast. Hotel staff was able to arrange for taxi service for us to bring us to attractions area which would be inconvenient to head to on our own without a car.

Overall it's ok.. The hot spring house and the room are clean.. The breakfast buffet is also good.. The replenishment of drinks is a bit slow.. Swimming caps and swimsuits are required in the public pool.. The mountain road is winding.. Be careful...

Overall, the hotel's hardware is of a certain standard. The only area where I hope it can be improved is the breakfast menu. The front desk staff are very patient and friendly.

The hotel is in the mountains and there are various hot springs where you can bathe. It’s great. Highly recommend. It's very clean and hygienic. Bath towels are provided for bathing. It's deep in the mountains and the scenery is very nice. Cars can drive to the second floor where there is a parking space

The environment is quiet and the rooftop hothouse has a good view. Although the equipment is older, it does not affect your vacation relaxation. The hotel offers table-dish dinner, and there are many restaurants nearby, but there are few breakfast options. You can purchase hot spring house coupons and visit the hot spring house once in the morning and evening.

The quadruple room is spacious and clean. It looks like it has been renovated and is relatively new. When you stay, you get a free bath in the hothouse on the top floor. The hothouse has massage facilities and a large room. It also has an indoor parking lot. In addition to the simple breakfast options, the price is not bad. I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

The service attitude is great. It’s a pity that dinner ends too early and needs to go out to eat It feels great to take a bath in the hot spring house. You can enjoy the nature. The room is big enough. It is recommended to have a later dinner time

I took my children to the hot springs. The service staff very considerately arranged for us to get the room 15 minutes early because we had to go to the toilet... to close the diapers... Thank you everyone, I think it's very warm... I can go there again next time if I have a chance...

The attached parking lot in the city is very nice. The view from the observation deck on the top floor is nice. The water temperature in the family-style soup house is just right, not too hot and not too cold. The staff had already put the water away when you entered. It was very considerate, but I wanted to drink the coffee on the first floor. It’s a pity that we haven’t encountered any opening hours.

The service staff are very friendly and answer all questions without hesitation. The outdoor hot spring pool is Balinese style. It can be seen that the facilities have been there for a while, but it still feels like they have worked hard to maintain it. After soaking in the hot spring ♨️ My skin is smooth and moisturized afterward. I give it 5 likes 👍. We had dinner for two and ordered a set meal for two at the hotel, which was paired with plum wine. We ate a lot and were not full, which is really a pity. But I will still go to the hot springs and stay there again.

There is a flat parking lot inside the hotel, which is convenient for parking. Overall, the hotel is still very neat and tidy even though it seems to have aged. The interior of the room is very simple. The outdoor public bathhouse is Bali-style. There are a little more mosquitoes, but the scenery is very beautiful. The rooftop bathhouse The scenery is very nice. The hot spring is very pure and your skin is very smooth after soaking in it. It is a very high-quality hot spring hotel👍
