Good hotel room for the price but a little bit difficult to track. We stayed for a day, room was good, bathroom was clean and big, big balcony as well. Only thing weird was that at 10 pm they came to say that we cannot talk loudly in the room. Also the heater only works on certain hours and it can get a bit chilly. They had provided us with big blankets though.

Hotel host/ concierge/ security was very rude on checking out - he kicked us out the room and was not able to wait 10mins. Screamed at us to leave, with our bags not even being packed. We had to go outside and finishing packing out stuff. Even in a 5* hotel they dont do this. The room was dirty, and cold

I always have business in Italy and this place is a great option to be close to the center of Milan at a great price

Convenient, easy to reach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even before arriving I had a question about parking and they answered immediately

It is very well located, it takes 30 minutes to walk to the center and the hotel is quite good. The problem is that they put us in the room next to reception and we could hear a lot of noise.

Terrible hotel and absolutely horrible costumer service. The receptionist tried to charge double from what was listed online, the breakfast is very very poor to the point that there is nothing decent to eat, unhygienic enviorment. The stuff is also very rude with no costumer service manners. I regret my stay there and would have left right after the check in, however I was in a rush to meet a friend and did not have time to deal with finding another place. The area is also really sketchy even though not too far from the Center. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is tolerable maybe to stay in a hotel that is not up to the standards of hygiene, but dealing with no manners costumer service when paying over to 200 $ for a crappy hotel- is not.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I stayed here for 1 week in May 2024. The staff were extremely friendly, hard working and always available if I needed anything. The neighbourhood has a few little cocktail bars that were lovely and a nice park as well as a large supermarket just around the corner from the hotel. It also had the tram lines and metro close by to get you wherever you need to go and is really easy to use. The hotel itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was air con that worked in the room and during my visit it was hot so needed it. I was on the 2nd floor and wasn’t disturbed by any noise but did find that you could hear everything from rooms next door, even light switches being turned on (didn’t bother me but if you are a light sleeper or don’t like noise take earplugs). There was a continental breakfast included everyday from 7-10 am. I didn’t expect this as I can’t remember booking breakfast and it was a small but better selection than I expected looking at some of the reviews online. If I was being extremely fussy the only thing I had a slight issue with (and not enough to raise a complaint) was the size of the shower. It was far too small for any sized person that most days I was stood with the shower doors open and flooding the bathroom. Overall though a fantastic stay and I would definitely return to this hotel again. Thanks very much.

Pity the excellent location...It is a complex in 3 -4 floors where you can t know which is the hotel you booked ...as every floor is a different hotel in a different category from 1 to 2 and 3 stars...with a common reception where an employee is watching by decades of cameras...with an ancient elevator where anyone have to close the indoors otherwise it is not working...and the front desk is coming to your room -as there is not a phone calling contact...-asking you to close the elevator doors... You book an 3 star double room and you are giving a 1 star basement and bad smelling room and after complaining they give goo the room you paid...

What an amazing stay at this fantastic establishment, I just want to say a huge Thankyou to all the staff who made my 1st visit to Milan a memorable one, what a perfect location to base yourself to see all the wonderful sights of Milan, the staff was very friendly and super attentive, very clean with modern yet chic rooms. They cleaned my room everyday which I did not expect at all so Thankyou for that. I don’t know if it was received but I left a little gift for the staff just to express my gratitude. Again Thankyou for the most perfect stay especially for my first time travelling solo I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will certainly be returning.
