Hotels Near Parco pubblico - Mada in Milan

A basic hotel with no frills despite its supposed 4-star rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to find if arriving via Assago Milanofiori Nord station. There are no signs and the mapper apps try to direct you via roads and roundabouts that don’t seem to exist given that you arrive above ground level and a multi-storey car park. The reality is that you should just keep walking through the pedestrianised mall of (mostly closed) shops and you will eventually find the hotel. Check-in time is 14.00. The receptionists were actively answering the phones while checking customers in which, in plain terms, is just rude. The room was very dark and basic. It featured a large wardrobe with safe, a large bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage with a mini-bar you can use as a fridge for anything else you buy. I was given a room with two single beds despite booking a double room on *********** When I arrived, the room was very warm and, despite trying to use the wall-mounted console to lower the temperature, it would not seem to work. I called reception and they told me that there was no cold air throughout the hotel and that, if I was warm, I could open the window. Thankfully, it was freezing cold outside and the window opened widely, so the temperature dropped quickly. There are no irons or ironing boards available. I had already read about this from prior reviews so brought a travel iron with me but, nevertheless, a bizarre decision for a hotel to take. I have literally never stayed in another hotel that wouldn’t at least provide an iron upon request. Access to the Mediolanum Forum is similarly not signposted well. Upon exiting the hotel, you cross ahead towards the gym, then turn left and go down a large ramp with a McDonald’s at the bottom. Turn left at the McDonal’s and use the pedestrian crossings to get to a retail park with a long row of shops and use the walkway to head towards the NH Congress Hotel. Once there, turn right and walk up a staircase to a covered walkway leading across the Assago Milanofiori Forum station and the Forum building itself. It was a good 15-20 minute walk door-to-door. There was a good £130 difference between the price of the NH Congress and the H2C Hotel when I stayed here. It is ultimately up to you to decide whether or not you consider the above to be worth the saving.

I had an immediate need to search a room for 3 people for a trip to Milan. Booked just one day before and without much comparison given the hurry. Find this structure that was near where I was served and in zone B. He had a great price on trip and I didn't expect much. It was a very beautiful surprise. Big, clean and clean room. Fantastic shower experience. It is located next to a padel structure where you go for the reception. I didn't know about breakfast, but they made me find a variety of cookies, merendy, thee, cupcakes and fruit juices of a variety of quality. I take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality. Of course I will come back as soon as we need a good price/quality accommodation in Milan

I stayed twice during a 10 days trip in Europe with my family. The hotel is in a very convinient position nearby the A50 out of Milan. It is a comfortable hotel with helpfull and polite staff. Spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast has a big variety of choices and very good coffee.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, in una struttura ben attrezzata, oltre che iconica per la presenza di arredi e richiami all'arte moderna. Ambiente suggestivo, camere razionali e molto spaziose. This hotel is in the Porta Romana district and was within 30 minutes walk of the Duomo so, for us, it was a good locational it was not in the busy part of the city but was close enough to enable us to walk or take public transport to get around all the major central sites. A strong point in its favour is that there are many restaurants close by which we found very convenient - they were good to ! Staff were courteous without being gushing; breakfast was excellent; superior room was tidy and plenty adequate for our requirements.

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

I have been for a couple of days for a work trip in this hotel. It is close to Politecnico di Milano, within walking distance. The large room was well furnished. Nice internal garden to take something to drink. Good breakfast. The staff was very nice and efficient. The room is super-clean, and the shower wide and new.

Everything went well. However, the hotel is far from the center of milan and it takes about an hour by public transport (3 transfers by bus) to get there. Employees very nice, helpful, with knowledge of English. The hotel is clean.

Situated close to airport with a free 5min shuttle that arrives every ten-fifteen minutes which is the best feature. Hotel room and condition was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. Hotel lets itself down service wise in the restaurant. We told the waiter we were ready to order dessert twice and waited over 25mins and he did not return. The other dissapointment was air conditioning. Couldn't figure out how to get it working properly in the room and it was far from intuitive. Therefore was unable to sleep at all and had a very uncomfortable night followed by a 6am departure.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)
