Had a very pleasant girls' weekend at this hotel. It was clean, the spa area was great but a bit too small to enjoy. Also was a bit too cold the water temperatures outside and inside. The breakfast was great and there was a large assortment of different food. Location was far from the city centre but you had beautiful views and it was very quiet. It would have been great to have a shuttle bus running so you could get to the base of the trails or the train station more easily (it was about a 30 min walk) especially with the price paid for the room.

This could be a nice place: well designed, comfy, well located, with nice and helpful staff… but it needs proper cleaning! Our room was dirty when we arrived: dirty carpets, some sticky spots on the kitchen table, dirty sink and wc… it was quite disgusting and disappointing :(

Das erste mal vor Ort und sehr zufrieden. Die Familie fühlte sich sehr Wohl. Die freundlichen Angestellten und leckeres Essen. Danke für alles und immer wieder. Ein Spaß für die ganze Familie. 2024 kommen wir wieder.

Positiv: Spa, Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Negativ: Schlafcouch schmutzig mit Flecken Abgewohnt das Zimmer 212 , Preisleistung passt nicht , kein Restaurant im Haus, Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden

Das Hotel ist okay. In einer guten Laage kann man von dem Hotel aus wandern gehen. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas moderner ausgestattet. Die Betten waren unbequem, das Sofa mega hart sodass ein gemeinsames sitzen und TV schauen abends nach einer Wanderung unschön war. Eine Decke, Kissen haben gefehlt. Es kann wegen der aktuellen Energiekrise sein aber die Zimmer waren ziemlich kalt trotz angemachter Heizung. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat versucht zu helfen wo es nur konnte. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool sehr kleine Saunen und einen Whirlpool. in Grossen und Ganzen kann man dort Urlaub machen aber man muss sich auf paar Abstriche einstelle. Trotz der Paar Kritikpunkte würde ich auch ein weiteres Mal Urlaub machen.

Na plus zasługują jedynie pokoje, które są bardzo przestronne, strefa basenowa wraz z zewnętrznym jacuzzi (nie wliczając połamanych drewnianych desek na tarasie) oraz okolica do spacerów. Restauracja (o ile można nazwać ją restauracją) "mikroskopijna", jedzenie mocno przeciętne. W "szklanym pomieszczeniu" straszny zaduch, rzadko kiedy były uchylone okna. Jedna z Pań obsługujących z miną "wiecznie niezadowolonej". Ponadto żona wraz z synkiem przeszła dwudniową "jelitówkę", w nocy w pionie było słuchać, że nie tylko na nas trafiło. Ponadto po kilku dniach dołączyła do nas druga para, która również... dostała jelitówki. Śmieszne wyjaśnienie właścicielki która stwierdziła, iż to od mycia zębów, bo woda w Szklarskiej Porębie jest podobna do tej w... Egipcie. Podsumowując - sam resort OK, ale na pewno nie z wyżywieniem.
