A great venue to stay in for a business trip to Sydney. The location is quite, the facilities are excellent, and the hotel staff are attentive and extremely courteous. The overall experience is first rate.

This time I came to Sydney and stayed for three days. I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel every time I came. This was my first time staying in the Rocks. You can see the Crown Tower and the Harbor from the hotel. The hotel bedding is very comfortable and the service is very good.

The hotel is not big. The room facilities and decoration are very good. The room is spacious and I like the decoration style. The only thing is that when I asked for a late check-out, the front desk said no. The balcony room facing the street is a bit noisy, but there is sunshine in the morning. I like the feeling of sunshine entering the house. It’s very convenient to walk to the Rocks neighborhood.

The view of the sea was really nice! I was tired during my schedule, so I ordered room service twice, and I was satisfied with the quality and service.

The only disadvantage may be that it is far away from public transportation stations, because parking at rocks is more expensive. Everything else is great. Because I moved to this hotel from Shangri-La, I can check in in the morning. I don’t have to worry about my luggage or anything. After checking in, I can go play. In the afternoon, I will send you a message when the room is ready. It’s convenient. Then go to the front desk to get the key card. The basic room type is also very large, with a 2-meter bed, and the settings are considerate in all aspects. The toiletries are also D brand rather than other five-star local brands in Australia.

Stayed for a week and it was always good. On the last night, someone had a party late at night and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. No improvement after complaining!
