The staff are so good! They are thoughtful and warm. Happy to have detox fruit water in the lobby but no drinking water is provided in room. The room heater is a little bit noisy. The room is old too. This is a hotel with good service.

The worst holiday inn that I have stayed. After check in, they told us the elevator doesn’t work and we have to climb 9 floors…

All good except there is only plastic cutlery & paper plates at breakfast, so it is nearly impossible cut anything or eat your food properly.

The location is a bit off, no different from the domestic holiday chain. There are various restaurants around. The hotel service is OK, but the breakfast is a bit simple and ends a bit early at 9:30.

The room is small and the facilities are a bit old, but the location is good and the price/performance ratio is OK. The breakfast is average, and parking seems to be free, which is rare in the city center.

The hotel is good, but the price has increased a lot for no reason. I will come back when the price drops😃😃😃

The location of the hotel is very good. There are large supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. It is also very close to CTRAIN.

The room facilities are the same as other holidays, but the lobby is small, the elevator is even smaller, and the surrounding environment is not as good as expected.

The room is of medium size and the bed is very comfortable. It is not far from the Calgary Consulate Visa Application Center and IELTS point. There are Korean restaurants nearby. The hotel has a parking lot and provides free American breakfast. The transportation is convenient and there is a light rail nearby. It was -34 on the day I came, and there was a warm breeze in the room. The hotel is quiet, but you can occasionally hear road noise at night. Recommended, will come again next time.

The price is okay.
