Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, everything was great! The entire staff was amazing! We visited for the eclipse and it was CROWDED - but the hotel was staffed for the influx of crowds. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood despite how overwhelming it must have felt to them. I applaud the staff for doing such a great job as well as management for staffing properly and obviously having a positive “tone at the top” to encourage employees. It was an overall great experience!
