Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. Quality, good hotel, real 5*. spacious rooms, excellent repair, good bed, everything perfect. I like a swimming pool and spa, the only minus - late includes a bath. I was in other hotels with a swimming pool in Minsk, this is definitely the best. It is a pity that you can't have a pet.

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. When I opened the window, the window edge and sill were very dirty and full of stains. .I have been a hotelier for 35 years, the lack of room service and the lack of a minibar fridge in the room were major shortcomings.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Rest at the hotel in August 2023, chose at the location, wanted to live in the center. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

A very decent hotel, good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the center (Victory Park, Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, Gallery shopping center, Sports Palace), 10 minutes to the Molodezhnaya metro station. There is a large supermarket ”Korona” nearby, there is a parking lot next to the hotel. The rooms are simple, modest, but clean and tidy. TV, refrigerator, shower, hairdryer, everything worked. Soap, shampoo, constantly added, cleaning was daily. Comfortable soft bed. Wifi is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help. Very hearty breakfasts in the restaurant. There is a fairly good sauna, with a Russian and Finnish steam room, a swimming pool, billiards, a relaxation room. Nearby is the airfield ”Belarusian Yard” with cozy gazebos where it's nice to sit in the evening. The kebab is excellent :) Of the minuses: there is no elevator, which in principle is not critical, but it will be difficult for people with large luggage, the elderly and the disabled; no cups in the room, it’s good that they had their own (a kettle was immediately provided upon request); a bit dark in the corridors, perhaps saving electricity, but still. You can install motion sensors; The sauna has a very shabby sofa, it's good that there was something to cover. But in general, an excellent hotel, the cons are not significant, it costs its money in order to stay for a few days, just right. After the stay, only good impressions remained.
