This is the ABSOLUTE WORST possible hotel that I could have booked. I was told before check-in that my room had no television nor microwave. The night desk clerk told me that I could contact my booking company and would be given a refund despite the website said no refunds. Since I was going to be there for 3 days, I decided that 3 days without a television nor a microwave would be impossible, so I never checked in. It has taken over a week of being given the runaround to find out that the night desk clerk straight up lied. I did NOT get a refund --not even a partial refund. You can bet that NONE OF THE ROOMS HAVE ANYTHING ON THE AMENITIES LIST, CAUSE I SAW EVERYTHING IN THE OFFICE BEHIND THE DESK!!!! IF YOU BOOK HERE, YOU'RE AN *****!!! I'M WARNING YOU AHEAD OF TIME!!!!! I wish someone would have posted a review warning travelers about their experience, I NEVER would have taken the time that it took us to locate it, especially since they didn't even have a sign up, only a banner that you not only couldn't see, but couldn't have read if you COULD HAVE seen it, because it was all wadded up!!!!! TRAVELERS BEWARE:::: THIS HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET FROM THIS "CHAIN"!!!!!!!!!!

Book this room for a family member at the last minute, for an emergency visit to town, should have read the reviews, but need a room quickly, let me tell you, when you cut the lights on roaches are everywhere, t.v does not work no remote, tried to get room exchanged they refused, after booking on line, still had to give a $50 dollar cash deposit and the hotel is located in a nice part of town, the front desk staff was rude and could have not cared , she stated she was put out of house today and was in a bad mood, I hope she doesn’t stay there. This hotel needs to be demolished.

This place is a total joke and scam!!!! You get pulled in by the prices, only to be denied a room upon arrival. I reserved and paid for my room though OYO’s call center and was denied a room at the price given by the call center representative. Then if you ask to pay the difference they inform you that their rooms are not equipped with televisions!!!! Also there’s a $50 cash deposit that I truly believe the clerks are putting in their pocket. You can’t talk to a manager on or off the property. The OYO’s customer call center won’t even help you get your money refunded. I had to threaten to sue them before I received a resolution. The clerks at the front desk are rude, argumentative, and violent when you ask questions. This place is very shady looking and have people just standing around all the rooms. I STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER LEGIT HOTEL/MOTEL!!!! THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A EXTREMELY LARGE CRACK HOUSE!!!! I feel like you can get robbed here or worse.

We arrived at this hotel, firstly the hotel is in a terrible condition and the rooms are not equipped as shown in the photo, secondly the pool does not work and is in a terrible condition and thirdly they demanded an additional $ 50 per room! broken windows and doors, a broken pool, terrible stairs and nightmarish rooms! 4 clients were standing at night because the staff of this hotel cannot help their clients. Everyone wants a refund, but they don't return it!

First, this is not even a motel 6, it is an Oyo. Second, do not trust any pictures posted whether it is Motel 6 or from Oyo because they are FALSE! Pay a few extra dollars and stay some where else. Also, if you book from a third party site and they feel the price is too low they will not accept the booking, so you will either have to be out the money on the booking or pay extra cash. Which it is not even worth the discounted booking price let alone the inflated price. Everything is broken, they don't even have towels in your room, working air conditioners, microwaves etc which they list as amenities on the website. Avoid at all cost!

Pictures will tell it all. Dirty isn't the word. Dont feel safe but don't have money to get another place. Literally live 7miles away downtown but we were without power i was hot and needed some rest... 10$ cheaper was not worth it hhhjjzjnzjzjzkz

The room smelled strongly of carpet fresh although there is no carpet. Cinder blocks would have been more comfortable than this bed. There was a sheet and the "blanket" was a glorified plastic table cloth. And to top it off...the towels were stained with old mold and God knows what else. It was absolutely the most disgusting room I have ever seen. There was not an option to give this rating a ZERO
