Suitable for family travel. The location is very close to the city center. It is very convenient for those who like shopping. It is a little far away from Wakiki beach.

We booked for 6 nights and the room we were given was terrible. I think the room he gave us was not the room we booked. The soundproofing was very poor. The location of the hotel is ok but I don't recommend choosing this Hyatt

No electric kettles or ice-making machines.. no basic toiletries..making of room is later than usual standard hours? Other than that, location is good, room is airy and spacious and service is relatively good - given multiple sets of shampoo upon request which save the hassle of requesting.
