It is not réal 4 stars for me. Réception staff is really lovely. But room condition is bad and old , smells not good. It's almost staff are lovely. Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" he make really bad mode for all clients . Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you uncomfortable all sejour. Be careful!!! Or every thing was good !

Honestly the hotel is pretty cool, but the rooms are dirty. No effort on cleanliness we have photos it's a bit catastrophic. At some point you have to change the decor, it's very very dirty, too much dust

Clean hotel and swimming pool. Copious, good and renewed buffet. The rooms need a refresh. There is no shuttle to the airport contrary to the information given by Trip. At the beginning of May there is a part of the hotel which is not open so no spa, no disco and no 2nd outdoor swimming pool so no slides. There are activities during the day but often the same. The evenings are lively and varied. Special mention for Rico.

Avoid this place it's filthy, the food is TERRIBLE considering its a country that sells spices the food is bland they don't even do chips to back up on ended up using the glovo app near enough everyday so was pointless getting all inclusive.. the water that comes out the taps is filthy and makes the plug hole smell of sewage. The staff absolutely hound you and over charge u for excursions, I literally seen the staff chatting up a 13 year old girl and flem in the pool scum around the edges where if hasn't been cleaned... who ever has given this place 4 stars clearly never even came here... the staff are rude and have u messing about when u first arrive. Dimps all over the place. Carpets in the halls are filthy and ripped. The room we stayed in had 2 plugs one being where the filthy stained fridge is plugged in so really one plug .. it said mini bar that was a lie.... the hotel literally had no bottles of water at one point so had to go and buy water to brush my teeth with.. was meant to be all inclusive and like I said couldn't get water. The money exchange man is rude (infact all the staff are minus one waiter) the bedding is stained and woke up with a new bite mark off what ever lived inside the mattress everyday. The cleaners are pointless literally just change your toilet roll. WiFi is only good if your in your room or on the filthy carpet in the dark hall ways (none outside) literally heard people saying how their water coming out there tap was red and dirty. The beach in tiny so u can't really go on it unless your there before the 10 people that can fit on it also had horse poo all over it. The wardrobes are creaky so can hear if next doors getting changed. The toilets are covered in poo more then half of the time. They have a jewelry shop that sold us fake silver and we had to go back 3 times to get it sorted. At one point no lifts was working so the man who was in a wheelchair was stuck on ground 2 for hours. It says sandwiches and popcorn are available, all lies. It says they is a pool and a spa down stairs which is always closed. I highly recommend booking somewhere else as it wasn't even a 1 star experience let alone a 4 star. Wasted my money going here very disappointing to say the least. Only got one star because of that ONE waiter the rest was rude. Never again.

I would recommend this place I had a fabulous holiday with 2 friends I was very worried to visit after reading horrendous reviews the only thing it needs is a bit of updating due to being an older hotel I found everyone very friendly from the entertainment team to the waiters they make the effort to come and chat to you and help with anything you need. Shout out to mondair, chibet, nadem, yahlia, mansour and the henna guy who I forgot his name they all made our holiday. We went quad biking which was fantastic. We had a room with a sea view which also over looked the pool which was fantastic we got to see a lightning storm one night. I love that the hotel is right on the beach. I liked the fact there was a seperate toilet from the bathroom it does need a bit of updating but adequate and clean the cleaners were great very friendly and no issues they cleaned everyday.The only issue I found with the room really is there needs to be more plug sockets. Around the hotel there are plant beds but with no plants or flowers along the halls this would look so nice if they had real or even fake flowers/greenery it would make it look more classy. The palm trees outside would look amazing if they were lit up it would make the outside nicer and some lights along the bridge as I found that quite dark. There was one thing I found a bit crap with the all inclusive is that there is only really beer available and the cups are very small plastic ones not had that before usually there is a better choice of drinks. That being said it made me drink better and not be so dehydrated. At food times we was treated very well by the staff the food wasn’t the usual not much in the way of English however it was very nice you do need to watch out for rude specific nationalities with not many manners taking platefuls of food then wasting it all and making a huge mess felt sorry for the staff having to clean up after those people.

Right where do I start this place has mixed reviews we have just returned from 2 weeks here with our 6 children and we can not fault the place we loved it staff are great , animation team are amazing it’s great ok not many English or English food but if we wanted that I would have gone to England lol, really great place for family’s really really enjoyed it ( one advise walk out the hotel and get a taxi DO NOT USE THE RECEPTION they want to charge a stupid amount of money for a taxi ) but honestly great place Ali and masour the tour people they like to hassle but they mean well , there trips are amazing and worth the extra money souse taxi costs around 20 dinar £5 and markets there are so cheap but you have to haggle 100% but worth a look Don’t take anything of any one for free and if it gets too much just say a firm NO and move on But the Tunisa people are lovely people they just want to make a living x Great water park aqua palace around 40 /50 dinar away 35 min Oh there’s a ala carte restaurant you can use once per week stay but has to be booked at reception Hope this helps any one looking

Honest review......book ANYWHERE other than here. We arrived early hours of Sunday 22nd September to be told we had one of the best rooms. Check out the photos. Faeces up the wall, everything chipped, cracked and bed linen dirty. Generator and all the pipes and cables etc were the view. Moved to another room. Now had items stolen and hotel could not care less. Food is OK. Drinks are dreadful. We are drinking sprite, beer or shandy. Can't wait to leave this hell on 1st October

This was the worst holiday we have ever been on. Don’t believe the good reviews, I honestly believe they must be made up. The rooms are dirty and smily, with cupboard doors hanging off and moth holes in curtains, beds are like a rock, bath plughole is covered in rust. The fridge doesn't work and dirty, air conditioning did not really work, the doors of the rooms which are not secured and no cameras in the corridors be careful not to leave your valuables in the room. Staff was rude : the person in the reception called Yassine was very rude trying to show his self he even ask about religion which was unbelievable for us to hear. Not a place I would recommend if you have young children. the cleaners don"t smile and have bad manors and was so rude. No internet unless u sat in a dark corridor in one area to connect to wifi. Restaurant queuing everywhere, majority of tables are always booked for hours by waiters for their friends and customers with Fanta under the table just to get tip so it's not easy to find an empty table. mediocre buffet. Regarding snacks: very limited choices . when you lose an item no one of staff show care to help. The beach was extremely narrow, crammed and very dirty Totally ruined our holiday and impression of Tunisia ..

The hotel is great. Thank you for everything Everything was great. Receptionists at the top. Of course we will be back. Rooms and food are absolutely fine. Waiters are cute. Programs were good. Especially when the animator Nadhem came to my room after the evening programs.

Once again, I chose to take my usual summer holidays in a hotel in Monastir. My travel agent gas suggested I would go to a new place instead of the usual hotels I stayed in, for the past years. The hotel selected by my agent is the El Mouradi Skanes Beach. The duration of my stay was 8 nights from 18 to 26 June. It was a good choice since the hotel was only roughly at 30% of its 1500 beds capacity. From the very first day, I could feel the care and joviality and professionalism of the people working there. There was fun and plenty of activities suiting most tastes and interests: games, sports activities, sauna relaxation room, swimming pool gymnastics… As shown in the attached pictures and videos, food was more than plenty to fill in the bellies of all: lots of varieties satisfying all tastes. My wife could even enjoy many gluten-free meals and pastries. All the staff of the reception area, restaurant, swimming pool bar, animation team, room cleaners were very caring and always ready to help. May be, I was lucky to have a room where I could enjoy free internet though it is sometimes difficult to use the hotel WIFI. I also had a small minibar and a flat screen TV with French, Arabic, polish and Russian channels. There was also the BBC news channel... I heard that a full program to extend WIFI to all areas in the hotel (beach, main hall, restaurant, swimming pool and common areas) is underway and will be shortly operational. It is a pity that sea erosion has decreased the beach area but it is a common phenomenon to most Mediterranean beaches. Speaking about the old aged furniture, it is still in excellent condition. Room was cleaned daily and towels and bed sheets changed every day. My deepest respect to the lady cleaners who are doing a great job. On the overall, my wife and myself really enjoyed our stay and are even planning to come back again next year.

The best hotel, the best animation, the best workers in hotel on the world !!! Only hotel where i will back to the end of my life !!! Thus hotel is like home and all people who working there are family. Its not possible to fine one more place like this.

On arrival had to wait at reception for 45 mins to be given a room that stunk of I think it was gas. Asked for a change of room to be given one crawling with ants filthy toilet hairs all over the place. Told to sleep there and would get a change in the morning being 12.30.The room we know have has great view and housekeeper however fridge not working or the hairdryer which was reported at least 3 hours ago. Happy holdays. Food and everything else is great.
