Booked a panoramic balcony suite - room was fantastic all you could need, x2 bathrooms, kitchenette, living area and large bed and balcony with views. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choices and was to high standard and well stocked - really enjoyed it ! I ate a snack on the evening in the mezzanine bar, it was ok but not amazing. The quality of the red wine and attentive service in the bar was very good. Checkin and out quick and very well organised and lovely communicative staff. My personal preferences, would be that in the evenings there is a buffet meal option, rather than pre booked restaurant or pizza as it is somewhat limiting. And minor but attention to details - a suggestion that the room stock only local/Portuguese products such as the water, should really be from Monchqiue... and provided toiletries felt a bit random a mix of English and Portuguese - felt a bit like what was just leftover rather than a collaboration and quality there. Overall excellent stay and will definitely be back.

Very confusing building planing,no map in elevators. All walls and corridors needs immediate repair. Hotel in overall is《tired》, it is screaming for the renovation in corridors. I rate cleanniness low only because of this. Swimming pools are all 1,5 m deep. Hotel is not suitable for couples, highly suggesting to search for other options. It is suitable for families with kids. Restaurants... we booked dinner in Pizzeria. Diavola pizza with 5 small pieces of sausages... Have you run out of ingredients?!

Spacious, clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. Free parking for all guests. Perfect view for the restaurant. Recommend to everyone who wants a decent rest and good vibes.

The resort provides a very beautiful complex just outside Portimao in Algarve district of Portugal. We were impressed by the facilities on site and the food provided. Their staffs , in particular Mr.Joao Figueira, were so friendly and helpful that we were able to move around all facilities with no difficulties.

Excellent location. Very attentive, friendly and professional service. Spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated rooms. Sensory SPA, it was a great and relaxing experience. Breakfast with several options to choose from and with a lot of quality. Great outdoor pools, one of them covered and heated for those colder days. Realy hard to get out of there! Activities organized by the resort, we chose a walk that was very worthwhile.

Great hotel, great facility. Were there in early June and it wasn't really full yet. The suites are super nice and the staff is very accommodating. We would come back.

One of the places we all agree we will come back to. The friendliest staff and nice and quiet atmosphere that our family really appreciated. A big thank you to the activity team for making us feel at home for the 6 days we were here. Only minus was the hard beds. Everything else was really great.

There was very little we were not happy with. First and foremost, the staff shone - literally all of them. Bar, waiting and reception staff. Everyone was happy, upbeat, engaging and couldn’t help more. The only criticism we have was the bed mattress and the pillows. The mattress was rock hard and just so uncomfortable. What I will say is that when I alerted reception of this issue, they tried hard to help. I ended up with several thin toppers and the mattress from the lounge sofa bed on top of my bed. The pillows, were lumpy and not comfortable either. Having thicker toppers to hand within the house keeping department would be really helpful for those wanting a softer sleep. We really loved our break and would certainly recommend it to others.
