Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Montecatini Terme. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit et heureusement... Chambre très vétuste avec une climatisation qui rafraîchit difficilement la pièce. Les murs sont abîmés et les meubles très bas de gamme. A se demander si c'est une chambre qui est habituellement mise à disposition des voyageurs... Dans la salle d'eau, seulement quelques sachets de gel douche. Petit déjeuner très très médiocre. Personnel de la réception aimable.

Ho visitato questo hotel in gita di terza media sicuramente non è un hotel accogliente oppure lo consiglio a persone però in complesso si potrebbe dire che non è proprio dei migliori poiché il cibo era immangiabile tralasciando per qualche piatto e le camere non erano proprio pulite avevano un odore e poco sgradevole e era indormibile il materasso tipo la qualità eccetera eccetera non lo consiglio però comunque in complesso gli do due stelle.

Hôtel situé en face des nouveau thermes, entre d'autres établissements fermés ou en mauvais état. Reçoit essentiellement des groupes. Certaines chambres ont été rénovées, d'autres sont un peu datées, mais la gentillesse de la direction et du personnel compensent largement ce petit bémol. La qualité de la table ne mérite que des éloges, avec deux "primi", un buffet, un "secondo" et d'excellent desserts. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits, pour visiter Pise, Florence, Sienne et, et la veille du départ nous avons été gratifiés d'un "menu surprise" succulent. A recommander sans hésitation pour visiter la Toscane;

il peggiore hotel che io abbia mai visto, sono stato in questo hotel con la scuola nelle camere c’era muffa ld lenzuola erano sporche e ci ho trovato degli insetti tra cui dei ragni e delle blatte tanto meno il cuscino che era sporco di sangue il personale molto scortese e mal educato

Viaggio con gruppo organizzato a maggio. La mia stanza era molto comoda e il letto con materasso nuovo. Bel pavimento in legno e decori sobri di buon gusto. Colazione a buffet nella norma. L'ultima sera ci hanno proposto un menu tipico con serata danzante e torta di arrivederci. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati

un posto vecchio e molto sporco. mio figlio con la classe hanno pernottato per il campo scuola e sono rimasti sconvolti.non puliscono mai o se lo fanno buttano tutto sotto i letti ..il bagno sporco e maleodorante ..il pranzo al sacco uno schifo di panino praticamente vuoto.e i pasti all interno pessimi.i soffitti perdono l intonaco e le ragnatele lasciamo stare..non andate.

veramente un disastro!!! sono andata con la scuola e ho trovata di tutto. nelle nostra stanza c'erano delle mutante da uomo!! del cibo non parliamone, sembra scaduto(non tutti i cibi, la maggior parte). pulizia zero: la tovaglia si era sporcata e il giorno dopo l'avevano soltanto girata e messa una sopra per coprire, le stanze sporche e piene di polvere, il bagno sporchissimo da notare che il doccino della doccia era nero(i buchi da dove esce l'acqua), le posate piene di macchie, il contenitore del sale(il tappo di ferro) era arrugginito e non si chiudeva infatti a una mia mia amica se rovesciato tutto nel piatto. tende e letti macchiati, peli ovunque. vi può sembrare esagerato ma tutto questo è vero, solo alcune stanze erano "decenti". vi consiglio di non andare i questo hotel.

esperienza pessima anzi penosa sono stato qui con la scuola per un viaggio e non mi è mai capitato di conoscere un personale così scortese e maleducato e che dire delle camere,mi hanno fregato 20 euro che avevo lasciato nascosti nel comodino e ed è sucessa la stessa cosa ad un mio amico. i letti sono decenti le camere anche. Nel servizio a tavola sono stato molto deluso poiché i camerieri, nonostante le ripetute richieste, mi hanno ignorato e trattato male. Oltre il pessimo servizio, di pessimo c'era anche il cibo, ad esempio, la pasta al sugo era di sapore sgradevole, e per non parlare dei secondi erano davvero insipidi.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel 3 nuits avec un groupe de 51 adolescents en voyage scolaire. Dans ce contexte l’hôtel est très adapté. Ils sont accueillants, efficaces et habitués à l’accueil de groupes scolaires. Là localisation est parfaite. Les repas sont certes simples mais bons et même si le cadre est un peu vieillot, tout est propre. Je le recommande pour les voyages scolaires …mais moins pour des familles.
