"The room was very large and clean, as was the bathroom. There was a kitchenette, but it lacked equipment such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery, or anything similar. This didn't bother us, as we didn't use it. Parking is available at the hotel. The airport is about a 35-minute drive away, which was perfect for us."

"Resort overall was clean and appealing with extremely courteous and professional staff! The waterpark was very fulfilling and spacious with amazing activities! Water pressure in the rooms were great! The rooms itself were overall spacious, clean and comfy. Few room issues: I requested a hypoallergenic or deep clean room due to medical allergies which wasn’t honored. There was a stench in my room that remained the entire stay, even as I myself tried to deodorize it. It was either the carpet or the drapes so I’m not sure of their pet policy. Other than that the only thing I’d change is: a microwave in the common area for usage and aux outlets/ports in the rooms."
