So I'm in room 113.. It's a really nice clean room nothing looks damaged . Ned very comfy and clean and spacious. everything works except for one light. Its a t smoke smell free which is great because it's a non smoking room. the front desk is really pleasant and nice and they fixed the wonkye remote issue. However the smoke detector is not attached and the bathroom needs some work. you can tell there's some areas where they put some plaster on the wall and didn't paint over it and iseveral areas up along the ceiling has damage and at tje seam where the wall meets the ceiling there a lot of black spots I don't know if mold or mildew. I do have some breathing priblems but not an issue and least NO BUGS!!! Easy access from interstate and great deal.

We had a great stay at this Staybridge. The room was a 2 queen bed studio and had ample room for our family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child). It had a fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker that could make a full pot (not one of those onsie/twosie things most hotels have). It even had a 2 burner flat stove top. The location was convenient to walking to many restaurants and points of interest, including the State Capitol and the Riverwalk. The lobby area, where breakfast is served was especially nice. There is plenty of seating and it is nicely appointed. There are board games and a lending library too. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It varied daily but the biscuits and gravy as well as the english muffin breakfast sandwiches and omelets were some of our favorites. The breakfast staff were especially wonderful and kind, Shout out to Angler (Faye)! The coffee was particularly good there too! We would stay there again!

The hotel has a central location in downtown. Close to the river and many restaurants. I arrived to an attentive valet who walked me to the desk that allowed for an expedient check in from a clerk that was very personable but not too chatty. The dolls behind the desk are a bit creepy, but that is the only bad thing I would say about the hotel. The room is well appointed and I was fortunate to get a view of the river. The breakfast was satisfying the next morning as well. Every person I encountered was friendly and accommodating.

GGuest Usermade my reservations for a family reunion on june 24, 25, 2022 my son whos a junior attended. the hotel manager called me while traveling to montgomery, confirming multiple reservations. i advised him i have 3 rooms and my son has 1. upon arrival and check-in my son approached me and stated there's a problem because of our names. we both went to counter and situation was settled. i advised her the manager had called me. once in room my son came to my room and said they have us in wrong rooms. we both went downstairs. i informed the different lady that there's a problem, kayla stated booking.com made it. i informed her i didn't use booking.com i contacted the hotels personally i asked for manager which she did not want to get. i then asked for his supervisor's office number she then rolled her sholders back stating i don't know it and we can do this all day. never been challenged like that before. i have had better service at a motel 6. then there was mixed on our credit cards . i have a visa he has MasterCard. we live in different states, different phone# and email's. very incompetent and unorganized hotels. top things off their was a roach in the shower when i got up saturday morning
SSmithFor that price and they way the hotel is GO RUN AND BOOK A ROOM !!!! I loved everything about the room very very clean very comfortable i didn’t want to leave
GGuest UserFive stars for the customer service here! Jecoby at the front desk was so hospitable and professional. He helped our family get rooms next to each other and he assisted with a few other requests that we had. He also greeted us by name as we came and left and he did it all with a smile! The other desk staff members were equally as nice. This was unexpected, amazing customer service! The rooms all had microwaves and mini fridges, which was nice. The suites had a sitting area that separated the sleeping area from the bathroom. The rooms were clean when we checked in but the day to day housekeeping left a little to be desired. When we ran into the housekeeping staff in the hallways on multiple days, they couldn't figure out who had our room. But, the staff that we saw were very accommodating. We brought our trash cans out and they changed the bags. They also switched our towels for us. It didn't appear that they make the beds on a daily basis however. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was well stocked, even near the end of the breakfast hour. The variety of food was good and the hot dishes rotated daily. While we were there, the food included breakfast sandwiches, breakfast meats, eggs, leige waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, and fruit. They had a mini waffle maker, which was a hit with our kids. Juices, milk, coffee, tea, and water were available. We utilized the gym facilities on several days and while small, it got the job done. They had two treadmills, and an elliptical, although it was not working while we were there. The equipment was a little dated, but it was able to be used. They also had free weights. This was really an excellent stay in the Eastchase area in Montgomery. Close to numerous restaurants and shops, it was the perfect location and hotel for our family. The most striking thing about our stay was how great the employees were. Despite seemingly working long hours, they were wonderful. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time at a hotel of this caliber, or even more upscale hotels. I would highly recommend this place.
My overnight stay was perfect. My check in was fast and easy. There were carts available in the lobby to carry my luggage to the room. The room was clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection of food and beverages. Checkout was a breeze. My bill was exactly as previously quoted. The clerks at check in and check out were friendly and helpful when answering my questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suite. I was busy most of the time, preparing to attend the conference. The food was excellent and my favorite items.
GGuest User I had not reviewed this place but need to change my accommodations ASAP (across the road! I ended up paying for two rooms that night because of that place!) I was fortunate enough to suddenly find a decently priced & clean room to stay for a week. I just googled extended stay & this was the first thing that popped up. I called at night to a general number & the lady was too nice to me, highly unusual these days. The building is older but the upkeep is exceptional. I didn’t expect then room to be so clean & smelled lemony fresh. The housekeeper deserves a tip! The staff are nice, professional, & helpful. This hotel is calm & quiet day & night. I cannot hear the guest next door. Yes, they do not have an elevator! It sucks but there are 8 steps from the front door & you will be on the second floor. Another 16 steps to get to third floor. It isn’t as bad as I imagined, I would have declined but I was a little desperate to find better room, & I have a lot of bags to carry. Once I entered the room & I was glad I did not have the time to decline to stay here based on a elevator. Actually, the lady at the front desk that night offered to help me carry my stuff more than once. I declined because my junk is not her responsibility. She also suggested that I can request to be transferred to the first floor in the morning if someone checks out. I thought that is what I would do but I’m actually comfortable & probably need that excise anyway. I just briefed two reviews & someone mentioned junkies. I have been here for few days & I have’t seen anyone in the parking lot except customers coming & going. No one lingering around, making me feel uncomfortable. I do see a lot of military personnel here so I am pretty sure they wouldn’t be here if the government thought it was unsafe. Veteran here & the military will tell you were you should not go. There are ppl walking along the main road that appear to be minding their own business & are not hanging around. The parking lot & cars a viewable from the rooms. There is parking on both sides of the building the front & back without any obstacles obstructing a clear view of the vehicles. My car is so close to me, if I jumped out my window I could probably land on my car. Although I am on the third floor it feels like being upstairs of a house. The building is on a hill so the second floor from the front is actually first floor. There must not be a first floor in the front. I am babbling so I guess I’m done with this review.
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and allowed me to work in privacy while my son was also in the room. The staff did an exceptional job, especially considering that I and other hurricane evacuees filled the hotel. Each and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and understanding of the situation. Tina assisted me in securing the room for as long as I needed it. And I also want to recognize Keressa, Tyrell and D'andre. Thank you for your warm hospitality.
GGuest UserI usually don't write reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience. Pros: Very nice staff who tried to be as helpful as they could. Convenient location, spacious room, easy access to highway. Cons: The first room we were assigned was really dirty and had stains on the sheets and pillowcases and dust everywhere. They were nice and promptly moved us to another room. This room was better, still a little dusty, but okay. Then, the room above us started flooding down into our bathroom in the middle of the night, and we woke up to a flooded bathroom. On the other side of the bathroom, throughout the night, yellow water built up in the shower. Neither one of us had showered or even turned on the water, so I'm not sure were that came from. The maintenance people were nice, but at that point, we were just ready to get out of there. Also, their elevator inspection certificate was expired. For $99/night, I would go somewhere else.
