The sofa bed was broken the first day we got there, no one would communicate with us or respond to help us out. Twice they said they were sending someone both of those nights they didn’t and half of us had to sleep on the floor. They still wouldn’t help us after that. Finally on our last day they gave us another room that didn’t have a broken bed but that was after 20 minutes of begging on the phone. No one actually works on the property. Horrible, next to none, communication and in horrible condition (bed broken??) Unless we get a refund for the first two miserable days on the floor, I’m going to make sure everyone knows how bad they are at their job

The apartment was easy to find and a close walk from the train station. The baggage storage was easy to access and we left our bags there before check in. The apartment was complete and had everything you could need. The space was large and comfortable. The location was right in old Montreal but also close to the subway and many buses. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

I loved this place! It is in the middle of Old Montreal and everythint is walkable. The place does not feel like a hotel but instead an apartment. I loved the windows, the views, and how comfortable it felt to be there. I will be coming here again. I loved it.

It was great! Nice place and easy to access, the only issue we had was the bed was a bit dirty- a blood stain on the top sheet so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy the kitchen and how much space we had!

The location is great. There were restaurants nearby and a breakfast place just around the corner. We traveled with kids and needed a kitchen due to my son having severe food allergies. We found a supermarket just about 8 minutes away from the apartment which was great. The kitchen is well equipped. The reason for my 3 stars is just that the apartment is very very small for a family of 4. I booked the 1 room and the description said it fits 4 people but once you open the sofa bed in the living room there is barely any space left to move around. We could barely open our luggage due to lack of space. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Hotel is well locate, safe neighborhood and staff are always available when you need anything. Thankyou.

The apartment was spacious,the appliances, decor and cleanliness were perfect. The themed pictures and carpet were quirky and fascinating. It is a few blocks from the Bascilica and so I was able to walk to the Sound and Light show in the evening. There are many places to eat within metres of the building.

The property is conveniently located at the edge of Old Montreal. It is about a five minute walk to Notre Dame cathedral. The property is very roomy, furnished in a minimalist design. You have a complete kitchenette available for use if you are staying longer than a couple days. They provide enough supplies to start but you will have to provide your own once you use what is provided at check-in.

The building has a great downtown location and minutes from metro station. The inside of unit was comfortable for three people and spacious. The building and unit were clean. Our issue was the location of the unit 001. We could not find it initially as we never thought it could be in the basement , service area of building, next to garbage room. Other guests in the elevator alerted us about complaints for units in the basement. Indeed the service area has an smell from the garbage room noticeable as soon as exiting the elevator. We also found the first day an small cockroach in the washroom, although unit was overall clean. Both ******* and Sonder recognized our issue and were able to move us to another building after 2 nights as there was no other unit available. It took several hours on the phone with both to obtain resolution respecting customer satisfaction within the no refund policy of Sonder. The new unit was an upgrade. Separately, two Sonder software glitches also happened when moving to the new building 1) customer verification was being requested but no option to actually do it presented in application, and, 2) passcode to new room provided in sign-in was not working so a new one was provided. Sonder customer service was able to resolve those 2 problems quickly on the phone. The new building Penny Lane was very close to the initial Building, Victoria, and the check-in and check-out times aligned to make the transfer smooth.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. We loved everything about it. The location, close to grocery stores, the cleanliness of the place, the dishes, the utensils, etc. the beds were comfy, the luggage store in the building, the entry codes specific to us - everything felt that it was very well managed. We had a slight issue where our shower gel bottle pump got stuck and upon reporting the issue it was taken care of immediately. Overall, a 10/10. No complaints at all, we loved it and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Inside of the property is good except it could be a bit cleaner. I saw a centipede inside the room and the floor is a bit dusty. Also, it’s noisy ant night due to speeding cars. Overall, it’s good.

Beautiful property. Well furnished. Great location. Did not look like it had been cleaned when we arrived Hairs on shower walls and bathroom floor. Drink bottle behind bedside lamp. Floors dirty. Tired to communicate with management several times but never got a response.
