The hotel is expensive for what it is. The spa is not integrated, it is in the hotel opposite which, for being 4 stars, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the spa it has.

We are extremely disappointed by the experience we had during our stay. The Villa Toscane hotel that we booked online did not correspond in any way to the photos or the prices displayed. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel had no on-site services, so: check-in, spa, lounge must be done at the Royal Plaza located opposite!
In addition, a former host, the beds were uncomfortable and did not meet the advertised standards, no renovation has been done since... We wanted to cancel our reservation because of this unacceptable situation, but it was not possible. Result: we had to book two additional rooms at the Royal Plaza hotel, with exorbitant rates.
This experience is a real warning: you should not blindly trust online booking sites (Trip.com). We hope that our return can prevent other travelers from experiencing such a mishap.

After staying for 2 nights, the amenity was not replenished on the second day. My wife was very disappointed. Basically, the hotel has a sense of history and the facilities inside are the same as those of the affiliated hotel opposite.

The hotel is very close to the train station and is quite retro. You must go to the hotel opposite to check in and eat. There is a bus near the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the simple breakfast, there is not even eggs

The environment is beautiful, the facilities are good, the waiters have good attitudes, the rooms are clean, and you can get free bus rides when you check in🚌. The facilities are diverse. There happened to be a power outage in the room I stayed in. They immediately helped me transfer the room and upgrade the room.
