No one answered the bell at the reception desk no matter how many times I rang it, so I went back to my car and called the hotel on my cell phone, and someone answered. There was no one at the hotel between 9pm and 12pm, and there was only a piece of paper at the reception with a number to call if anything happened. There was nothing in the room that said anything about the hotel. If there are no pajamas, I wish they would write that when making the reservation. If it's a weekly mansion, it's better not to write that it's a resort hotel. If the kitchen is not available, I wish they would provide an explanation for that at the beginning. There was a constant clicking sound, and I was so scared that I turned off the lights and couldn't sleep. The air conditioner in the room also turned off in the middle of the night and it was cold. There was no spare futon. I was so scared of everything that I will never stay there again.

温泉が出なくなっています。

部屋は広々で快適です。　現在、温泉が壊れていて使えません。

温泉もない、レストランもない、従業員もいない 最悪でした

レストランなどの施設は全て休業で、スパが休業なのになぜ入湯税を取るのでしょうか？夜は従業員が居なくなるようで治安が非常に心配です。高速の近くなので遅くまで騒音に悩まされました。

部屋で温泉に入れるのは良かったです。

風呂に温泉が出ると書いてあったが、１時間以上出していても温かい温泉は出なかった。 それにも関わらず入湯税を取られた。 自販機は１台しかなく、故障していた。

部屋、お風呂広くてとてもよかったです。

温泉が出る様になりました。
