The staff were all friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. I was surprised to see some gnats outside, but the front desk lent me some insect repellent spray. Perfect. Free Shuttle van provided from JR station to hotel. Quiet location. Good place for ski. Good staff, Clean Japanese style room and nice dinner.

I stayed two nights again, but the meals were almost the same and I got a little bored. Also, it was a pity that there was only water for cold soft drinks in the dining room during dinner.
