The location is great,very near to Morjim beach.its a heritage kind of structure with spacious sitting areas inside and outside.The owner Mr. Lamba the owner was very cordial and arranged for early check in and late check-out...was very flexible. The service was also equally good it's headed by Mr.Ramesh and his team who were exceptionally good at service and the breakfast and snacks served was also of very good quality. Highly recommend the place for groups upto 20 PPL.
