The room I booked for the boss was a little bigger than ours, but there was not much difference overall. The apartment hotel is fully equipped with pots and pans, induction cookers, washing machines, clothes drying racks, irons, and oversized wardrobes. It is really a good choice to stay here when attending the Russian MIMS exhibition. You can walk to the exhibition hall and there is AfiMall nearby. , the only drawback is the bathroom, the shower head is not easy to use and the shower is not easy to flush

The location is great , upon check in was by a stunning and a kind receptionist Ekaterina , super friendly always smiling , housekeeping made it s job very nicely too, on time and kept a room clean always. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

Hotel 4 Check-in. Mostly for business trips, but we are just an exception! ) once again came to go for a walk in Moscow , to go to restaurants . Usually stayed in the center, first chose the area of Moscow City. The atmosphere and the hotel are pleasant. The entrance sounds a lounge of music. They were on Sunday pouring prosecco, that's a good start of the day! )))) on the floors is a pleasant smell, there is a chair ”Yamoguchy.” The bar hall works very pleasant barman Arthur. Staff is polite, considering. We arrived from Peter early in the morning from the station, settled in 12.00 instead of 15.00. From the downside - not very convenient booking system. This is the most dissatisfied time for Trip.com to book a room. Trip.com has not arranged a field trip. The hotel address in the middle of the night can not be found. I finally asked, and I can't see the name of the hotel. Later, an old lady came down to talk with the duck. I didn't speak English. I went to the room. A thousand and a few hundred rooms are shown in the picture. It feels similar to a domestic express hotel, except for a better location. The housing price is too low.

Неплохое место по довольно привлекательным ценам. Комнаты светлые, чистые, установлен кондиционер! Очень порадовало, что в интерьере нет рыжих, бежевых цветов и советской мебели. Да, ремонт сделан тяп-ляп, но для пары ночей это вообще не критично. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные. Бесплатная парковка. Не понравилось только кафе, какое-то оно уж совсем средневековое.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.

В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

We stayed at the hotel in the Comfort Plus room, with corner panoramic windows, we really liked the view of the night city, thanks to the corner location there was an excellent overview. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a floor-length window, very cool. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. Large double bed king size. I would like to note good sound insulation; with my light sleep, I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty, good portions. The staff is polite and helpful.
