Beautiful location with wonderful views, very clean rooms with very helpful service. The swimming pool is clean and open to the public in the morning and the breakfast buffet is luxurious with many varieties of cereal, cooked eggs, spreads and a lot more. The cocktails are so tasty and for a drink at the bar at night it's superb. Very peaceful and ambient environment. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Overall we are very pleased, will definitely book again and will spread the word.

Stayed here on a group tour. Spent one night. It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the city. The hotel is well maintained with some quirky rooms. Most rooms have balconies. AC worked well in the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing. Nice poolside bar area also. The group meals were satisfying. Would have enjoyed spending a couple of nights here and a few days by the pool. Less than an hour to the Monasteries of Meteora, so a good place to stay when exploring the area.

Great hotel We stayed over weekend.incredible staff happy sweet made you feel the hotels like home Spacious hotel with big luxury room and bathroom with balcony with great view The location is panoramic you can see the athessalian valley , ever and mountains Heated sweeping pool with spa services great food Location special 20 minutes from pili elati and pertouli snowcenter 20 minutes from beautiful trikala and romantic karditsaand 45 minutes from plastiras lake Welldone

Για ακόμη μια χρονιά εμπιστεύτηκα τις οικογενειακές μου διακοπές το διάστημα της Πρωτοχρονιάς στο Mouzaki Palace !!!!!! Ευτυχώς δεν είχα καμία αμφιβολία για την επιτυχία των διακοπών..... Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για να περιγράψω το ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν...στη σάλα ....στο μπαρ..στη καθαριότητα!! Παντού χαμογελαστα πρόσωπα.... Οφειλω να αναφέρω την υποδειγματική φιλοξενία του Δημήτρη....του Γιώργου...του Στέλιου...Μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας!!!!!!(και άλλων που ξεχνώ το όνομα τους) Ειλικρινά δεν την βρίσκεις συχνά!! Τελευταίο αφήνω τον chef Swthrhs Tsoubis .. Οτιδήποτε φάγαμε ήταν εξαίσιο..... Απίστευτη γεύση....ποιότητα και ποικιλία!!!!!! Πραγματικά για ακόμη μια φορά όλα ήταν μοναδικά...... Δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος Μ φύγεις από το ξενοδοχείο και να φας έξω όταν το φαγητό είναι εξαίσιο!!!!!! Μην ξεχάσουμε τον παιδότοπο όπου μας βοήθησε να έχουμε στιγμές χαλαρώσηις... Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!!!!! Ανυπομονώ να σας ξαναδώ του Χρόνου!! Υ.γ.ευχαριστω από καρδιάς για την τελευταίο πιάτο σούπας κέρασμα.......ήταν φάρμακο!!!!!!!!!!!❤️

It 's a very nice hotel on top of a hill with and excellent view of the valley below. It has all the amenities, spa, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, exercise room and a restaurant and bar. Rooms are unusually spacy, very clean and fully equipped. Staff are very nice and helpful, the food tasty. There is ample free parking.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature all around! A beautiful swimming pool with a fantastic view! Large and very clean Rooms all with balconies! Staff very professional and polite! Food excellent with high quality! The owner always ready to satisfy any guest request!

The worst hotel we ever stayed. Dirty rooms and corridors , completely neglected. Wi-Fi not working , pool empty , gym is a disaster and opens after 11:00am , terrible room and reception services . Horrible hard mattress. Although they confirmed they have a station for charging electric cars when we arrived they informed us they meant a power cable.. . We booked for 3 nights and left after one day . STAY AWAY !

περασαμε οικογενειακώς την Πρωτοχρονιά 2023 ! Ήταν οι καλύτερη επιλογή! Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα, η τοποθεσία του υπέροχη, το προσωπικό του πολύ εξυπηρετικό, το πρωινό και το δείπνο ήταν πολύ πλούσιο ! Οι ιδιοκτήτες άψογοι που φρόντισαν η διαμονή μας να μείνει αξέχαστη! Μπράβο σας!! Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 10 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα!!

Unexpected 5* quality and service. It is very well appointed, modern halls, excellent service. Spacious well appointed rooms . The other surprise was the price well below the prices of other hotels in the area. Recommended. On the negative side mediocre food and extremely expensive wine list
