Property 's location was very bad it's very bad experience to stay at that location. All hotels shown in search like bk c inn, bkc grand, bkc garden, bkc crown, fab, etc all are at the same building, it is only a building barring different hotels at different floor as per location, food, & service rates are almost double all together i will never suggest anybody to book this place

Excellent wecome easy check in. Very elegant reception area. Nice room good size, for us we would like more hooks in the bathroom and a couple of chairs. The room didn't have a bath which we thought was misleading. When we enquired we were told only the suites had baths. The staff are so helpful and kind.. They couldn't do enough. The food was good plenty of choice. We had breakfast and a meal in the evening. Lovely setting with the pool water sounds and very pleasant music playing.

Staff are good, food is good, suitable for one two days. Hotel location is near to us consulate. Surroundi area is busy as is located mumbai expected that one. Otjer facility are good.
