In such cold weather, there is no heating or air conditioning in the hotel. It's freezing. The knob on the door that can be adjusted to the do not disturb mode is not working. After staying for two nights, someone knocked on the door every morning. It would be fine if they just knocked on the door, but a man would open the door and come in without waiting for a response... It's so scary. There are two cups for drinking water, one of which was not washed or put back. The toilet paper next to the toilet was not replaced with a new one, it was left by the previous person.

The hotel's location is ideal, especially for business travelers or visitors who value good access to public transport - the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and always helpful. From the warm greeting at check-in to the quick help with questions, I really felt welcome. The rooms were modern, clean and very well equipped. The comfortable bed was particularly pleasant, which ensured a restful night. The bathroom was also spacious and spotlessly clean, which is always an important point for me. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight! A great selection of fresh and high-quality food that left nothing to be desired - from delicious rolls to fruit to hot dishes, everything was there. Another plus was the atmosphere throughout the hotel. Whether in the lobby, restaurant or bar - everywhere felt inviting and cozy. I can highly recommend the Mercure Hotel Neuperlach Süd and am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent service!

Very bad, when I checked in, I was given the wrong room card three times, even though the room was occupied, I was speechless! I stayed for 2 days and he wanted to enter my room at 8:30 every morning!

It is consistent with the usual quality of Mercure Hotel, with no disappointment or surprise. The breakfast is quite rich, but there is no dinner, so I have to walk a few hundred meters to eat every day. The subway station is also a few hundred meters away, so the transportation is still very convenient. There is a small gym that can still meet some exercise needs. There is also a sauna, but I didn't experience it.
