Feels like a student dormitory. It has no air conditioner. But it's okay, not too expensive.

The hotel is right next to the tram station. Although the room is small, it can be seen that it is a hotel with history and experience. The front desk and cleaning services are in place. There is a safe in the room, and the single room also has windows. Overall, it is cost-effective. It only takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the central train station. There are airport bus stops and DM supermarket nearby.

The room is very clean, has good lighting, sufficient heating, and is equipped with a refrigerator and safe. The location is 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station. There are tram stops, subways, supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars, etc. around, making it convenient to travel. Rooms facing the street will hear the sound of trams passing by at night, so it is recommended to choose a room facing the inner courtyard.

It's very close to the train station and the old town. The location is a great advantage. You can walk to the train station and go to attractions. The room is also clean. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning.

The child is going to take the test, so I choose not far from the train station and walk for 15 minutes. The hotel can check in by myself. The room is small but clean, the facilities are basically complete, there is free coffee, and there are coffee shops and small supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient and recommended.

Great little boutique hotel within a few hundred metres of the Central Train station. I loved it, but be aware the Tram line runs directly past the hotel so some people may find the noise a bit annoying but it didn't bother me at all.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room is clean and has tissues and plenty of amenities. The man at the reception was kind and cheerful, and his explanations were thorough. It was a great night in Munich. Danke Schön

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was the available parking and its close proximity to tourist attractions.

We loved our stay at Augusten, it was a five minute walk from Munich Hbf and an easy walk to many popular attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to tourists who enjoy walking and exploring.

It was noisy at night from people talking and yelling outside the hotel window. The tram is also rather noisy. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did wish that we could have a cip of coffee or tea in the morning.

Great hotel near the central train station. Our room was very modern and clean. The neighborhood is good; outside the touristy area. Access to public transportation via the train station and street bus makes it easy to get around. There aren’t a lot of amenities with the hotel but great place to stay.

A bright compact hotel 5 - 7 minutes walk from the main railway station that appeared clean,neat and tidy throughout.I've been to Munich a few times over the years and of the hotels I've stayed in this is one of only two that I would definitely consider again.
