The resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault. Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

This hotel is like the type of clubmed, the food is not bad, suitable for vacation but not suitable for travel. It's full of people with babies. At 8 o'clock in the morning, foreigners take up all the deck chairs by the pool! convinced. And there will be a fee for bringing a baby.

The environment is very good, very close to the sea, the sea is so beautiful, the buffet is also very good, the room we were given was relatively poor, on the first floor, it was close to the garbage station for the first time, and it didn't work when we changed the location, the shower was too small .

The hotel is especially suitable for children. Breakfast and dinner are included in the reservation. Drinks in the bar are free every day, the food is good, and there are many activities

Beautiful hotel that surprised me in every way positively. This experience was beyond any of my expectations. The stuff was cery helpful, always in good mood. The entertainment team was amazing our kids adored them. There was always something going on and for the kids it was very interesting si that gave us the opportunity to relax as mych as possible. The food was also very good evry time something different. A dreamy beach. Everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Definitely coming back next summer.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel other than the sunbeds. Its quite cramped.around the pool and they introduced after a few days no towels befoe 09.00 ....if eveyone stuck to the rules we would be ok and appreciate the pool area needs to be cleaned etc. Other than than that the staff cannot do enough for you. The food is outstanding and selection amazing, Being vegetarian there are so many options and vegan food labelled and lots of it. The beach is right outside the hotel and is perfect. Clean and the sea has sand banks so it's very shallow for children. We had one of the pool view rooms with a large balance with settee,chairs amd tables, swing and was worth the additional money. If you go star prestige all your drinks and snacks are free from 10.00 to 18 00 which was amazing. We had the fruit platters daily and were perfect between breakfast If you fo star prestige swipe your card in the lift to the 7th floor. Another great thing is the box near the indoor pool where you can pick up kids inflatables, sand castles etc so have a quick look before you buy anything. Entertainment is great for kids, we took our 4 year old Grandson and was plenty for him to do. Thank you to the poolstaff for rescuing the baby blackbird who was saved and reunited with his mum and I was so happy to see their commitment and compassion I would definitely recommend this hotel. ALL of the staff are amazing and do put you first. One tip for the beach, buy a blanket for the sunbeds and umbrellas , they are 8 euros at the market so don't pay over 10 euros...they are great for privacy

I have had the best time. Highly reccomend booking junior suite, huge balcony with sun loungers overlooking the pool with a swing and a tepe tent for the little ones! Food is lovely aswell as nearby restaurants and bars! Loads to do and you can get a bus to get into marina or old town which is about 10 mins ish!

My family and I have been coming to Iberostar Alcudia Park since 2016! My kids practically grew up at this resort. The staff is always amazing, attentive and take the time to get yo know you personally. Juan has always been amazing since 2016.

Amazing hotel Met by a lovely lady called yanet I belive her name was ( she is the receptionist at the star prestige area) She offered us drinks and we even asked to pay to upgrade to star prestige ( which was well well worth it) Lovely pool area and food was good and in rotation everyday so different themes Mexican,Japanese etc. We stayed star prestige so there was a lounge where we could self serve drinks and snacks which was amazing and we had access to the amazing roof top which we basically never left as it had a bar and everything. There are shops down the road in both directions which is great and the shows are good too. Thank you so much for such an amazing holiday and thank you to yanet ( star prestige receptionist) ( I belive that's her name) as she made out holiday truly special

Awesome hotel and facilities, clean snd well maintained. Special mention to Juan & Ramirez for going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Stayed in a Suite with garden terrace, 2x sun beds, 2x sun loungers a swing and double hammock..View of the pool and side view of beach

One of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. While some people might find minor drawbacks (e.g., not enough swimming pools), trust me, these don’t matter. The hotel has numerous positive attributes, and I speak from experience. I have visited many other resorts, including those in Spain and the Canary Islands, and this hotel stands out. We had an excellent room with two balconies and a breathtaking view of the sea. The room was super clean, and the room service was excellent. Additionally, the Internet and WiFi worked flawlessly, with no problems at all, even when watching movies on a tablet in the late evening (which is not that frequent in many hotels). The food was excellent. At first glance, everything looked like standard hotel cuisine, but the difference was in the taste. Most dishes were superb. The pizza and aglio e olio tasted like they were from an Italian restaurant, the lasagna was amazing, and the fish dishes were exceptional. You’ll definitely find something you love. The biggest applause goes to the hotel entertainment team. I can only say WOW! They were best in class, amazing for both children and adults. Shows like Frozen, disco night, the acrobatics show, and the overall atmosphere were superb! I rarely go back to the same place, but this is a hotel I’d like to visit again next year and stay for longer than just seven days.

The hotel is really lovely and it’s made amazing by the staff. Very family friend. My kids didn’t want to leave. I had several requests and the staff made conscious efforts to meet all of my demand. Food was amazing as well. Direct access to a quiet beach

Busy but incredible beach resort for a young family. Location is on a beautiful ***** of beach (although the area does get packed on a peak summer day), so go early to snag an umbrella and chairs. Playa du Muro lives up to the hype - long shallow sandbar with shallow warm waters. Views are stunning everywhere. We opted for the half board meal plan which had plenty of options. We only ate dinner there once but the variety was abundant and newly-prepped food was coming out all of time. Tons of fruit options with breakfast and dinner. This resort was definitely geared towards kids, probably most ideal for 2-10 yo. The pool area is a delight with slides and pools of all sizes. Kids’ Club that is open late, plus activities in the main area all day long, and evening shows that are kid friendly as well. Just a heads’ up, things don’t quiet down on the resort until closer to 10:30pm. Overall would absolutely recommend this resort! Thanks for a great time.
