To be honest, the basic room type on Ctrip is very poor. The location is like a room for employees, just behind the reception. I had to pay extra to change the room, which cost 70 euros per day for a room. It can only have a side view of the sea. Isn’t it better to get sea view rooms in other hotels at this price...

Belle emplacement. Vue sur mer .plage sable et mer turquoise. Très belle piscine mais très froide. La restauration au top .personnels agréable et très disponibles. Le seul inconvénient hotel pour famille avec beaucoup d,enfants très bruyant. Donc pas calme pour les personnes en couples .urgent à faire insonorisation de salle à manger.

Wir sind zum 4. oder 5. Mal im Playa de Muro Village zu Gast. Das Hotel ist auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier Andres im Restaurant- und Barbeteich. Er versteht es wie selten jemand, einem das Gefühl zu geben, im Urlaub anzukommen und zu entspannen. Er ist immer zur Stelle und so positiv! Wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub - danke Andres!!
