We had a an amazing stay at the hotel. It was a business trip with institutional quarantine. The staff were professional, supportive and well informed. The hotel is super clean with an ideal location in the heat of Muscat. Special thanks to Ms. Julia, Ms. Julie, Mr. Richard & Mr. Rami for their outstanding support.

I spend 4 nights in this hotel in the center of a capital city. There are exchanges, shops (with Omani typical sweets for example) and restaurants around the hotel. You will have nice view - you can see a Grand Sultan Mosque (especially at night). There is a terrace on the top of the hotel with a swimming pool. Hotel is really beautiful with nice interior. Rooms are clean, big and with nice furniture (like in a fairytale about princess Scheherazade). Hotel staff is very kind and professional. There is no problem they can´t solve. They can speak english very well. Food is delicious, continental breakfast and dinner a la card. I can highly recommend this hotel :)

Breakfast was great. And ambiance is relaxing. We enjoyed this offer. Bipin was extra accommodating to our requests and ready to serve me and my friends.Keep it up! Will surely recommend to my friends and collueges

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

The location next to Panaroma Mall and Grand Mall is impeccable. There are Subway and coffee shops nearby. The hotel lobby is grand. There are many seats. Convenient to meet customers. The room was clean. new. Excellent service. The only drawback is that the meals are too expensive. (It's not too expensive, the hotel standards in Oman are like this. Breakfast is 6 Oman.) It's cheap to eat outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel. It is affordable in Muscat. The room is not bad, but the windows cannot be opened. The overall facilities are still very good. The breakfast is a bit rough, and there are not many dishes that can be cooked for lunch and dinner, but it's okay. The service of the hotel is still in place. Overall, I can give a 4-star praise.

Clean, cozy, new, fresh. The swimming pool is open. Nice fitness room. The rooms are comfortable. Very simple breakfasts, this is rather a minus. To comfortably get to and from the hotel, you definitely need a car or taxi. There is nothing within walking distance. Slippers and bathrobes are not included. Minor shortcomings in cleaning.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. My room was very big, it was clean and very convenient. The front desk was very nice and helpful. especially Ploy. I used the spa and I got the best therapy ever. Especially Joy and Sherly who are very experienced therapist and I recommend their deep muscle massage.
