"Good option if you have a long layover. However please take note that you’ll have to go through the security check (throw all your liquids even though you only just landed and transit from another plane). The hotel room is nice but extremely COLD (cannot change the aircond temperature as it is centralised) bring your jacket if needed. The counter staff was not as friendly with no proper greeting no smile. Could have been better if they had a basic customer service attitude. Overall stay was okay but will not come again for the longer layover in this hotel ."

"I am super happy with this hotel. Clean rooms, nice stuff, good an reasonable pricing. They let me store my stuff, gave me all the stuff I forgot in my room (😅 typical me) and even helped me booking my taxi etc. If I’ll ever come back to Muscat I’ll definitely try to book a room here again! Shoutout to the super friendly stuff. Shabnan, Majd and Joy."

"The staff was helpful when attempting to get a taxi but it seems that there are some things that are lost in translation when other inquiries are made. It's odd that sometimes the housekeeping wouldn't understand the need to replace creamer, soap, tissues or toilet paper. We stayed for 9 days. Walking distance to the coast which was nice. The breakfast offerings were adequate but maintaining the temperature of the food was not a priority."

"Good location: a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby plus Oman Avenues Mall and Muscat Grand Mall in just a half hour walking away. City's attractions like Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Opera or Qurum Beach are quite close to the hotel. It takes only about 15-20 minutes to get from there to airport by taxi, and if you would like to take a bus, A1 route stop is not too far on Sultan Qaboos Street. Hotel staff is very friendly, I especially enjoyed my breakfast time there."

"It's a good budget hotel. The furniture in the rooms is old, but they're clean and have a TV, internet, and a refrigerator. The linens are clean. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel) and towels are provided. I recommend changing the curtains. Water was provided daily. We had breakfast, and it was plenty. Shoutout to the restaurant staff – they were very helpful! But the most important thing is the hotel's location, close to local attractions! There's a Spar supermarket nearby, but you have to drive somewhere to get to a cafe."

"I need to wait 5 min to check-in as the reception is doings something. I feel that the hotel does not put customers first. The room is also not clean but the price is extremely cheap. That’s only good reason for this hotel."

"The price is cheap, we are on a business trip, there are a lot of food around this place, local food, and some Western food. So slow and satisfied, you can also smoke in the room."

"From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid."

"The hotel is located near the airport. A good option for a layover of 12 hours or more. All the amenities to get yourself in order and relax. The only downside is the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. And I couldn't set it up to be comfortable. I was glad that they checked me in at 10 am."
