There are no utensils in the kitchen; there are no small items; the kettle is almost unusable.

Apartments are big and spacious with kitchen and laundry. In a quiet location handy to airport if you have car and big supermarket is just down across the street. Turkish restaurant next door. Reasonable price for muscat but the bed linen and the walls were a bit grubby and stained etc (less than usual high Oman standard) and this really lets the hotel down from getting a higher rating. Although is a good kitchen it did not not have any cooking equipment, plates, cups or cutlery.

Amazing hotel. Grate stuff.. front office staff was amazing they give us so warm welcome.. rooms are well organized and clean. Wifi so speed.. Rooftop Pool is mind blowing .. viwe was so amazing at night time .. such a good place.. amazing staff.. housekeeping department so nice they will assist you all the time what you needed.. Such a amazing staff.. great service.. amazing We definitely come back!

We were a couple, staying in the apartment for 6 days @omr 10 per day. A large double bed, fluffy pillows,well-lit spacious, spotlessly clean and airy sound -proof room, huge wardrobes, AC worked well, smart TV with high speed wifi and prompt service both from the receptionists and housekeeping staff- all served to make it a comfortable and pleasing stay. Thank you Al Murooj ! On most days, we were attended to by Mr Chandra of the housekeeping staff who was very professional and helpful. A kettle is available in the room , no tea or coffee supplied, no microwave available; staff were willing to warm up food on request. Bath toiletries supplied; no restaurant in the hotel. We got our food delivered from a nearby hotel and there are some coffee shops around and a turkish restaurant below. Nearest mall is around 5 minutes walking distance. Ample parking available.

The room was good, pretty spacious. The location is perfect, near big shopping centers. The reception was smooth, our check in was fast. One thing that I didnt like was that there were no dental kits and slippers. I was hoping they would have it since its a four star hotel. Also we booked a room for two but there was only one towel provided.

The Hotel is in a convenient location though you would better have your own wheels. The room is of decent size and the amenities are all good. However, for a room booked for two people, only one towel was provided, which should not be the case. The beds are comfy and we had a good night's sleep there. the reception was ok and the check in was done smoothly. They have a tendency of rounding up the price for the higher amount when you pay on site. A few more Baisas is nothing but for the property, it is a sign of greed and unprofessionalism.
