In July, I had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat, and even though the resort was going through a soft opening with some areas yet to be fully operational, the customer service was beyond exceptional and more than made up for it! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Katharina Klahr, the Guest Relations Manager, was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail, making sure I felt welcomed and well cared for. Another standout was Ibrahim Marbroul, the Concierge Manager, who went out of his way to assist me in retrieving an iPad I had left at the St. Regis in Dubai prior to arriving in Muscat. His dedication and commitment to solving the issue truly impressed me. The entire team, from housekeeping to the breakfast staff, was incredibly hospitable, always accommodating and ensuring I had everything I needed. The attention to detail and level of service throughout the hotel was nothing short of world-class. I can’t wait to return once the resort is fully open, but even now, St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat stands as a shining example of luxury and exceptional service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Muscat!
