Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

The condos at Royal Palms are individually owned therefore the maintenance depends on the owner. I am currently in 507, a 3 bedroom ocean view, but very disappointed with the unit. Daiquan at the front desk has been amazing. He offered several different condo options for us to change rooms but they were not as modern as our current room. This is not a management issue, it’s an ownership problem. These are the Issues that need to be addressed. The balcony door from the living room is inoperable and the handle is on the patio door. The shutter door is off its hinge. One of the patio chairs seat is ripped at the seam. The washing machine sounds as if it operating when it is not in use. As you can see these are minor repair issues but the homeowner has to approve the repairs before the work is done.

Staff was great- especially tebely(sp?) at front desk and Danielle and Mike in the wet whistle. Gave it an average rating due to slow checkin, run down bathroom and slow elevators. Most of the hotel is in great shape but a few areas need attention.

I am staying at 2408p A big unit with three bedrooms and big kitchen for a large group of Great staff Vjolanda and Tammie very helpful and knowledgeable Next year we’re coming back as a Mary Kay group!
