The condos at Royal Palms are individually owned therefore the maintenance depends on the owner. I am currently in 507, a 3 bedroom ocean view, but very disappointed with the unit. Daiquan at the front desk has been amazing. He offered several different condo options for us to change rooms but they were not as modern as our current room. This is not a management issue, it’s an ownership problem. These are the Issues that need to be addressed. The balcony door from the living room is inoperable and the handle is on the patio door. The shutter door is off its hinge. One of the patio chairs seat is ripped at the seam. The washing machine sounds as if it operating when it is not in use. As you can see these are minor repair issues but the homeowner has to approve the repairs before the work is done.
