Well worth staying here room very clean..staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we wanted. The food was delicious and nice buffet night in garden ..and we loved the live band music and the island dance and fire show …, we tried the Kava and enjoy singing with Natha sitting with him on the mat and also singing on the beach around the bonfire ..the resort very busy but plenty of space for us sitting outside beautiful and swimming good in in 2 pools very clean and nice water

My husband and I stayed at Nalagi Hotel for 1 night as we had an early flight out and it was close to the airport and relatively cheap. Our room was spacious and clean with a small balcony. We ate at the rooftop bar which has spectacular views and a big swimming pool. Very comfortable transit hotel if you want to be close to the airport when coming from other tourist areas. (Nadi not a tourist destination for us). The concierge called a taxi for us in the morning and it cost $20FJD to the airport.

On arrival the check in went smoothly. In the room there were no towells, or kettle? There were sachets of Coffee, Tea, sugar & milk creama. I went to make enquiries at reception they were checking in a large group. Close by I saw & went to the room-service laundry room, they quickly brought me what was needed, and apologized for the inconvenience. The room is dated as in previous comments, but it is clean, with clean sheets on the beds & very comfortable. Good reception on the TV. Shower altho dated was warm and had a strong water flow. Pool was clean, a little cold but was good enough for hubby to have a little dip. Efficient car parking space. There is no restaurant here but they quickly recommended visiting Gateway Hotel next door, we went there for Breakfast & Lunch it was amazing at Gateway they had 2 local gentlemen singing with guitars, serenading the guests” just beautiful” We requested a late check out till 5pm cost us $10 an hour $60 11am-5pm. At first when I asked reception for a late check out she said $10 an hour, I said ok, she then said oh no its $30 an hour cash??? Really?? She then said come back in the morning and check with reception???? which we did and were promptly told $10 an hour and can be paid via cash or credit card. We were given a receipt on request. Situated 2nd Closest Hotel to the Airport. we had a rental car but it is in Walking Distance from the Gateway Hotel, and the Gateway Hotel is just across the road to the Airport and closer to the Airport than the Trans International Hotel. We used Google Maps, to guide us to the Hotel, it rarely gets the destination wrong, but it did this time it guided us to a Hotel furtherest away from The Airport. So its not at The Big Red Maroon coloured Hotel, its in between & closer to The Gateway Hotel. If you can afford the extra cost, then stay at The Gateway it has a beautiful flow there on entry. Plenty of car parking. Beautiful restaurant, ovely friendly attentive staff. The sour cream for the wedges tasted & looked like standard cream from a bottle? I advised the waitress she took the small dish away and came back with exactly the same thing??? They need to change their brand of sour cream, if that was indeed sour cream. Cost $91 NZD at Trans International and about double the amount at Gateway. After checking out we went back nextdoor to Gateway to relax, be serenaded and wait for our late flight.

We stayed here for a few nights at the beginning of our trip before heading to a remote island. This is a great spot to stay on Denarau if you are not looking for a resort experience and the price tag that comes with it. The location was great, easily walkable to the marina where you’ll find great dinner spots and a supermarket. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the palms - the cafe there was lovely. When we checked out of the Palms I realised I’d left my phone at the cafe, one of the ladies kept it safe for me and I was able to have our driver go back and get it for us while we checked in for our domestic flight. High praise for the staff, who were all wonderful. Later in our trip we stayed at a villa at the Hilton. Honestly the Palms has the same type of rooms that are in much better condition than the Hilton, for a fraction of the price. Yes it’s not the same type of place, but if you just need a few nights and aren’t after a resort experience, the palms is a great choice. And if you do want a resort experience, choose anywhere but the Hilton.

The health is good, but the service is really average. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bathrobes in the room. The waiter only dragged the floor to clean the room. He did not make beds or give free mineral water. I have paid the full price when I booked the hotel, and I have to charge it again when I check out ... Also, the price is really high!

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia. Transportation: From vuda Marina, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off. Going to other places needs to communicate with the island owner. The boss is super enthusiastic. Going to cloud9 also found his friends to send us. Although the boat to cloud9 is not good, it is very exciting (500fjd a boat) Hygiene: Health is still very clean, Sapporo is around the island after snorkeling, you will bring a lot of sand to the bed. Environment: The environment is great, the beach on the front of the hotel is very garbage, but the beach on the other side of the island is very good. Focus! Focus! Focus! Snorkeling around the island can see turtles, and luckily you can see ”friendly” sharks! Service: Service top! After the explosion of Shangri-La brand hotel (brand hotel is a lot of people, the service staff is not very enthusiastic, even ordering is not positive, water is not given). The service staff on the island will even remember your name to say hello. When there are many people, there are kava welcome parties and bonfire parties. It makes people feel that all aspects are served very thoughtfully. After returning to the main island, the hotel will arrange for you to rent. We emphasized that we have to play the watch (the driver who does not play the watch is slaughtered indiscriminately), the taxi from vuda Marina to Shangri-La hotel is less than 80 dollars, but from Shangri-La to the airport is slaughtered indiscriminately by brand hotel 120 dollars. Advantages: warm service, super enthusiasm, few people in the island, can play alone on the beach, the island is very quiet, the water around the island is also very good, there are many fish and turtles Disadvantages: There are many free activities (boating, paddleboarding) that need to be consulted by yourself. There are no bright corals nearby. The brunch is relatively simple. Wi-Fi is not good.

Heaven is, Musket cove. We stayed in musket cove last year and fell in love with the resort. So much so, we decided to make it our annual june holiday. Once again we were so welcomed by the most amazing, friendly and calming staff. Our Bure was a beautiful retreat, that felt quiet, peaceful and authentic. The island is our absolute favourite… the sand paths, immaculate gardens and activity/ entertainment options provided us with a dream holiday. My husband surfed almost daily, while I would go for hikes, run the island trials and explore. Found secluded beaches and lookouts that are more breathtaking than imaginable…. Ziggy and Josie always provided us with refreshment afternoon drinks (without prompting our preference) at the island bar yacht club. Ruth always hooked us up with the best tours, snorkelling trips and activities. Suli, was the biggest vibe. We loved his presence and enthusiasm. We loved our trip (again) so much, we re-booked for august and December/ January. Paradise does exist…
