It was really bad experience this time , had to switch my single king bed to double bed room because of Bedbugs,, I suggest not to book King size single room.

My recent stay AT NALAGI was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. This hotel is awful. The biggest issue is that it is surrounded by a construction site. My balcony put me at immediate eye level with builders who would still be working at 8pm. You could never use the balcony or have any privacy. If i had known this I would never have booked a stay here. Additionally, the room was unclean. More worryingly, the staff clearly resent guests and offer no hospitality or warmth. They grunt and roll their eyes frequently. Absolutely avoid.

Customer service does NOT exist in Bula, Bula, ******** Fiji. I booked a 1-night stay at Nalagi Hotel using Trip.com but my Nauru Airlines flight was infamously delayed by 24 hours. I tried for "hours" to communicate with the hotel to change my booking as the STUPID app didn't support this. Emails, expensive phone calls, etc. Tried to cancel my booking for refund as I wasn't going to day, and only 48 hours later, I receive flurry of emails saying I wasn't going to get refund, and even worse, the hotel said, someone checked in. I know these damn hotels absolutely don't care about individuals who are stuck overseas, but this attitude and behaviour is terrible.

Hotel a little tired . Good breakfast buffet . Convenient to airport and Nadi downtown . Staff lovely . I hear rumours of renovations, which will make this a great option

One of the best ways to increase customer satisfaction and encourage more reviews from guests is by providing excellent customer service. Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

The facilities were excellent when I was there. Reception staff were not welcoming a bit frustrating where I had to debate about my booking to have a room for 2 which they denied at first but agreed after several times debating about my booking! Service was ok. I have mixed feelings about this hotel in terms of services and assistance/support from staff, especially those at reception who are key to customer's impressions and satisfaction!

Checked in at 19:00 however it still took more than 30 mins for waiting and checkin process (maybe it is about the Fiji time) but staff was very kind and welcome us with smile. In room air circulation isn’t ideal so it didn’t smell normal when we entered the room and in room amenity was standard and okay for just a one night stay. With different small bugs in the room btw.
