What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows. In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

Though I created this booking as a mistake, and did not witness how good this hotel, but I will leave a good feedback since hotel is very much responsive in terms of my query. They assisted me well despite of the sudden mistakes I made. It's not my intention to booked a wrong dates but since it's depends on hotel's policy. I do understand. Had a few days in the city of Naga, where all pink blooms begin. The hotel is one of those conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the new part of the city. If your a tourist going to the old part is a distance by walk, the next best is a trike or vehicle. Rooms are ok cable TV has limited channels. The bathroom needs more work done. During my stay the basin was clogged up due to other guest disposing their food, the issue was quickly resolved by the management. Food at the café below is worth the price, it keeps your belly full till you reach the city for other, gastronomical options. The staff are great and friendly. No problems on this department. Would I still stay here in my future visits. Yes, but will try other, hotels in the city too. #RP
