Rating: bad (should i give terrible ) comment: pros: 1. Well maintained front courtyard. 2. Good complementary breakfast and exotic decor of the restaurant. Cons: 1. Terrible service. Front desk, room service and house keep misunderstanding requests. We had to repeatedly send back the room service boy to fetch things like spoons, bowls, salt and water. They would fetch a few and forget others. While they repeatedly run the errands to provide us with the necessary accessories, the food gets cold and covered by flies. This happened during two different meals and one dessert. 2. Unresponsive manager. 3. Staff are polite but completely unprofessional. 4. Staff don't understand either hindi or english. The non-assamese among the staff refuse to communicate in assamese. (they don't understand english or hindi either. As far as i am concerned, i take it as an insult to my mother tongue.

Food was good room service is also good but the house keeping service is not satisfying

The beauty of nature can be experienced at its best. But more cleanliness is required. Food is fine and the service was also good. One visit the resort to spend some quality time

It was really a nice stay here. The hospitality was good. The staffs were nice and cooperative. Good

Location is good, spacious and quite. We booked 5 rooms, most are are old and need renovation. Premium room shower knob was not working properly despite house keeping came and try to fix it. Check in time was 2. When we checked in at 4pm the floor was still wet and my kid slipped and fell. Food average, could've been better at the price they charged. We informed them that we will be checking out at 6 in the morning but no one was at the reception, only security guy was there. He cleared us for checked out after speaking over the phone with the management. We checked out early because central safary point is a most 1 and half hour drive from the resort. The packed breakfast has boiled egg(last night) fruit (one apple and banana) and 2 piece of sandwich. All supercold - they must have kept in the fridge.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The resort is well situated, being close to national park, transport and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Room furniture needs to be changed. Room service should be fast. Taking more than usual time to deliver the services

Overall y it's very good stay, food was excellent. Ambience & amenities are good. Service need to be upgrade in terms of housekeeping.

Cottage quality not good, service good, please provide one dine in table.
