Nagoya Higashi Ward 4-star Hotels

The hotel is well situated across from a convenience store and exit no. 1 to Chikusa subway, which connects to both JR Chuo line and Higashiyama line. Whilst the hotel is known for weddings, and an established hotel offering only a restaurant, it lacks in other areas of convenience and upkeep. The vending machine in the lobby was out of service, with the next being located outside of the hotel in the parking lot along with the designated smoking area. From the offset, it is aged, and whilst the lobby seems to be kept clean, the western standard smoking room on the 5th floor was shabby, with many signs of wear and tear, stains, and in need of a renewal. In comparison with other hotels of the same level, this hotel is sub-par with the rooms requiring an upgrade. Inside the room, a complimentary bottle of water is provided. The old desk had one inbuilt power outlet in a position not practical for laptop chargers. Everything is rundown with visible markings from the furnishings, walls and carpets, to the toilet-shower unit. The wifi was not working, so the front desk staff changed me to the next room where connectivity was working, but the condition was identical. The room windows cannot be opened, and whilst the temperature of air conditioning can be changed, the room becomes unpleasantly stuffy and dry, especially in the winter season. Surprisingly, for a smoking room, it does not have an air purifier/humidifier unit which is an inexpensive yet effective method to improve the air condition. In its current state, I can’t imagine holding a wedding and inviting guests to stay. Overall, this hotel has potential with renovation, but until then, I would not stay here again.

Tub is very dirty, and the photo has removed some big one because I cannot image these were wipeable dirty. I responded it to the hotel, and they didn’t provide any solution to recover. After the discussion, they changed other room, but wasted my a lot of time. However, changed the room, there are some dirty in the tub. I felt very surprised. Hotel staff had bad communication via English in the night. I lived three days, and the pad of control are broken in two days, but I didn’t want to argue it with them in the night, because it may waste my more time.

The hotel was very great location. The staff is very kindness , very nice and willing to help. I recommended to stay here. The breakfast is very nice as well. It is international BF.

Great location. It's about 25 minutes from Legoland. 4 hours without traffic from Kanagawa, Sagamihara. Paid parking is available. That is my only gripe that they do not validate parking. Not even for Hilton Honor members. 1 night of parking was 3000 yen. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety of food.

The hotel is located at high floors and gets an amazing view. I enjoyed the sunset once entering the room. The room and bed are spacious. I love it. There are several convenience stores under the hotel as there is a university nearby. The most important thing is the bathing salt provided by the hotel, it was the one that gave me relaxation. One thing that I want to comment is the area of the sink basin (as seen from my photo). The table around the sink basin so small that I couldn’t put many things for cleaning my face/hands etc.

I wanted to celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her this time and found a place to stay at a hotel on the theme of ”non-daily experience in the neighborhood”. The plan is an anniversary plan. It was easy to access from Nagoya Tsurufushimi Station, and the anniversary gift was easy to leave the day before. As soon as the hotel entered, there was a nice space on the left and right sides and the eyes were fins. The premium king room I booked was a nice space with calculation and it was a perfect place for an anniversary! I was able to spend a smiley dinner all the time. The hotel staff was also kind, and we were able to respond politely by email and telephone to questions and meetings about the anniversary surprise. Especially the dinner hall was great. Thanks to you, I was able to spend smoothly until check-in 〜 out on the day! Best bed for healing music and delicious food in a nice space. I was able to meet the visual hearing, the taste, the touch and the five senses of the person! I would like to stay with her again and come to lunch and dinner with my friend. Finally Overall was great, but there are three points that I was worried about (dare to be dry). 1. Decoration options The room decoration on the anniversary was only done by each. I felt very helpful with decoration options and services like other hotels.2. Flower Gift The bouquet I asked was nice as requested, but when I handed it over, I was 々. Also, when I handed it, I was handed over a bouquet of flowers in a bag, and it was a little disappointing that I lacked the mood. I thought that the flower gift itself may not have many requests, but the management of the handover method is an improvement point.3. Video Delivery Service When I was checking about the hotel at the time of booking, there was a lot of video delivery service. I can see the video delivery service that I don't usually use! ? I thought that it was the decisive thing to feel that it was suitable for the nest stay, but in fact I needed each account. I was also insufficient to confirm in advance by inquiries, but I thought it would be better to be careful because there are not many people who misunderstand me like HP's ”how to spend in the room”.

The facilities seemed a little old, but overall the hotel and room were clean. The first floor is very crowded with wedding guests and restaurant guests, so I felt it would be nice to be able to separate the flow from the hotel guests.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.

We had a birthday party and stayed overnight. It's a little expensive, but it's a valuable hotel like no other. In addition to the atmosphere and rarity, the luxurious breakfast that you can have while watching the superb view from the artistic interior is amazing. Dragon's eyes cooked in a vermicular pot. Nagoya cochin egg over rice with special soy sauce. And so on, as I listen to the explanations of the dishes that are offered one after another, I wonder if it's already dinner time. Assortment & materials that make you think. It was delicious from the morning, and I was healed by the best hospitality. That's right, I didn't ask for it, but there was a birthday message in the after-meal sweets. It's hard ♥ Welcome drinks, welcome sweets, special admission to the observatory at night (at this time it's reserved), etc. are full of special feelings. We stayed for 2 nights at the TIAD Autograph Collection, which just opened in July this year on weekdays in November. All rooms are over 50 ㎡ and are equipped with banquet halls, indoor pools and gyms. This time I booked a room on the Hisaya Daichi side, but it was a very comfortable stay. However, the tablet that operates various facilities in the guest room was not easy to use, and sometimes it was not possible to control the lighting and air conditioning as I thought. I was worried about the soft side when I saw other word of mouth, but I was able to receive good service generally.
