Nice gym on top level. big bed and spacious room. Opposite hotel there is indomart but need to cross a busy road. Beside the hotel there is a mini indomart which does not require to cross the main road. Breast spread consider big compare to other batam 4 star hotel.

The best of Batam like seriously by far of our tryouts from all the hotels.
From the point of entry to front of house, SANDY. He has a very good customer service, such a cute adorable doraemon with his compassionate persona.
GALIH, breakfast frontier... welcomed with such warmth and beautiful smile on a gloomy morning. DITYA, super busy running around all-rounder staff on the breakfast servings deligently. ANGGI, sweet staff. Despite the breakfast buffet area was super crowded which closes the front of of the restaurant. Our experience was absolutely great. All staff were friendly and checks in.
Hotel staffs everywhere in the premises including security were very welcoming, we felt like kings and not judged despite our youthful outlook. Fyi we are reaching 40s.
Highly recommended and thank you everyone for making our visit a very memorable one, insyaallah we will see you guys again. ❤️

The hotel is generally clean. Food was delicious. Ate lunch & breakfast at the hotel. Front desk was efficient & fast too. Near shopping malls by taxi. Recommended
